[Resolved]  Garve Hyundai — Poor service quality

I find Garve Hyundai to be a poor quality dealer, though they have got a ward recently from Hyundai for 2nd best dealer.. to my utter surprise..

Last year, I got my ascent serviced and a few weeks later it started making peculiar noise in the front wheel upon braking. I went back to them, they checked and foudn that the new brake pads put by them, was not bolted. Teh bolts had fallen off anf the brake assly was resting over the drum. Huge risk for me! My brake assly was partly damaged, but they refused to put a new one fre of cost, even though it was their fault. Even when they rebolted the assly with new bolts, the bolts used were of improper size and just like a "jugaad".

Recently last month, I got my power widnow repalced, during the assly the rear view mirror operating lever cover was to be removed along with the door trim. They broken the cover. I asked to replace it free, they said they dont have in stock.... funny they had rest all in stock.. thye just used quickfix to just somehow fix the cover... typical roadside standard.

Further more, last week I went to get my car estimated for an accident repair and to my shock the coolant had turned rusty. They had replaced the same last time. They tried to fool me by saying that the radiator may be rusted from inside - when I questioned that the radiator is made from Aluminium which cannot catch rust, they had no answers. Then they said may be it is too old. I said the service has taken place 8 months back and the running happened is just around 5K kms.
Still the same vague non technical reasons from their end...

I think they are good for nothing. Hyundai should do a proper audit.

Better avoid...

Hi Garve Dealer, very recently once again i got my vehicle service done and i am very much satisfied with the service done.
Thankyou and my best wishes is always with you guys.
I too faced similar issue. Really poor service. The attitude of the technicans are really bad. They have commited to give my car by 4.30 pm and have not deliverd till 7.30 pm. CAUTION : please check the service bill...they charged for the services which they have not perfomed on the car. My car is still making lot of noise.
They sell some discount cards for Privilege customer Loyalty Campaign ...which is CRAP... it says free caar cleanings and vaccuming. where as I have received my car without being washed, forget about vacuuming.
Requesting all not to send your cars to GARVE Hyundai. I have tried it twice and both time they failed.
I am completely disagree. I gave my car for servicing recently and i am completely satisfied with the service provider my representative Mr. Ranjit was so co- operative, i will definitely suggest my friends to service their vehicle from Garve Hyundai only
Totally agree with the complaints, the mechanics are not trained and they are still learning by busting every second car they get for service, they took my car twice and both the times did not correct the fault. It is really amazing how they get any awards, i think Hyundai should audit them properly.
Totally agree, Garve Hyundai is a sham, twice they took my car for service and busted it, the mechanics are not properly trained, they learn on cars that come for service, lodging a complaint in Hyundai website also does not work, everything related to Garve is farce, its amazing how they get any awards from Hyundai India.
I had very similar problems with Garve Hyundai. First of all these are thieves and they steal regularly from customers. They stole more than 30, 000 Rs from me when they sold the car. The car was making weird noises from the front. Took it to them thrice and they won't fix it. Can't find the issue. Servicing is a scam, they don't do any work. Don't change any fluids either.

I have had very poor service from Garve Hyundai and they stole from me.
