HYUNDAI COMPANY, I AM PRADEEP KUMARJAIN FROM ,AGRA . I HAVE GETZ (GVS) UP80 AR 8055 AND IS HAVING PROBLEM THAT SOUND IS COMING FROM BOTTOM FRONT OF THE CAR & EVEN AFTER THE CLOSING OF WINDOWS THE SOUND IS COMING. I THINK THAT IT IS EITHER OF EXELL OR BEARING. I HAVE ALSO GET CHECKED FROM SERVICE CENTER OF AGRA BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THEM. THEY HAVE ALSO GIVEN ME THE COMPLAIN NO..i.e.[protected] on 18/9/07. I HOPE YOU WILL TAKE OUR COMPLAIN AND TAKE NECSSARY STEPS SO THAT WE CAN RUN OUR SAFELY SO THAT NO MAJOR INCIDENT CAN TAKE PLACE. HYUNDAI GETZ-2004 MODEL — After sale service is very poor.
Dear sir,To replace a rear view mirror and removing a dent and fixing the head light it took nearly 17 days. whereas in HONDA cars it takes only maximum 3 days. Hence the service for HYUNDAI CARS takes more times , in that way we the owners of Hyundai cars are the sufferers. Kindly take proper action in this regard.
