[Resolved]  Gauri Enterprises (Indane Gas Agency) — Non-booking of Gas Connection

I am a consumer of Indane cooking gas (LPG) having consumer no. 30938 (Sh. S.P. Bedi). My address is H-2/55, Mahavir Enclave, New Delhi-110 045. My gas connection is booked since 04.04.2009 but till date I have not received the refilled cylinder and everyday I am told that we are sending the cylinder today. I am totally fed up with the system of Gauri Enterprises. I am not the only consumer of Gauri Enterprised who is dissatisfied with the services of Gauri Enterprises (Indane Gas Agency).

Please do something to improve the services of Gauri Enterprises or tell me the name or contact nos. of some higher officials of Indane Gas Agency where I could lodge the complaint and the services of this agency could be improved.
