[Resolved]  Gda Madhuban And Bapudham Housing Scheme — Madhuban and Bapudham Housing Scheme (Neither allotment, nor Refund)

Hi,

We had applied in the Scheme Code: 772 (Madhuban and Bapudham Housing Scheme)
Property Code: 41F

It's more than 6 month, Neither allotment is done, not we have received any refund.

I had called many times on the GDA phone numbers provided with the form, but not even a single time my call has been picked.

It seems that GDA is intentionally delaying the draw and is earning interest on our hard earned money.
GDA is the most corrupt organization.

I had heard somewhere that if you apply in any govt. housing scheme, and if you don't get allotment/refund within 6 months, then your amount with interest will be returned. Is this true?

If somebody else is also facing the same proble, please raise your voice.

it is not essential that money will refund in 6 months, but there are so much curruption in govt. development authorities. I am giving you some examples-
The methods of cheating of various development authorities are-
A. Ghaziabad Development autority (GDA)-

1. It had been asked for registration of various residential plot schemes (Indirapuram, Madhuban etc.) in 2004 without any land for same and till date no draw was done for same. It has collected huge amount by selleng the application forms @ 500/- and depositing huge amount of registration for 1 Year without any interest to applicants. This is just like prelaunching and according to Hon’able Supreme Court prelaunching is punishable. How an Authority can prelaunch such schemes?
2. It has again launched a scheme in May 2009, whose closimg date mid of July, but GDA had extended the date for another one month and on complition of this extended period, again closing date has extended for one month further. What is the rule for such extension? And how many times an authority can extend the period of scheme? This is another way to cheat The public and breach of commitment, as the closing date has been disclosed on Broucher. An applicant who had applied in first phase, can loose the interest for more period. In such cases they should be given preveledge.
3. The making of more residential unit at a plot by the private builders had been raised so many times, but GDA had not taken the effective action against these builders.
4. The Authority also not interefere in the launching of various residential plot/ flats schemes by Bhoo Mafias and when they earned huge amount and sold there schemes, then authority wake up and take action against the purchaser in same. To rectify such problems, GDA should provide details about the notification by it on GDA website, for proper knowledge.

B. Meerut Development Authority (MDA)-
MDA had launche a residential plot scheme (Ved Vyas Puri) in May 2009, and Draw date for same was 26-08-09 on Broucher, but it had extended the date of Draw for two months. What are the reasons behind this not clear? It is again the breach of commitment.
C. YAMUNA EXPRESSWAY DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (YEA)-
YEA also launched a residential plot scheme in May 2009 and Draw date for same was 08-08-09 on Broucher, but it had extended the date of Draw for two months. What are the reasons behind this not clear? It is again the breach of commitment. The authority had given the reason for same that due to increase in no. Of plots the date is extended, but again after some time YEA had decreased the no. Of increase in plot. What is this way to make fool the public?
D. Hapur pilukhuva Development Authority (HPDA)-
In case of HPDA, the way of cheating is very different. It had lauched the residential scheme time to time for few plots and without settlement and refund of EMD to applicants, again launched the scheme for few plots in same scheme. How an authority can do so?

E. Greater Noida Development Authority (GNIDA)-
It has been observed that various illegal colonies are plotting in the notified area of the GNIDA near the Crossing Republic, but the Authority do not interefere in the launching of various residential plot/ flats schemes by Bhoo Mafias and when they earned huge amount and sold there schemes, then authority wake up and take action against the purchaser in same. To rectify such problems, GNIDA should provide details about the notification by it on GNIDA website, for proper knowledge.


It seems no body is there to help the general public and these development authorities are free to earn the huge cash by such ways. According to the U.P. Urban development Ministry, there is transperancy and aims to provide the residence in a specified time, but no is following these rules and even the Ministry is not looking in these cases or ignoring them.
If all are same behind the curtain, how can an applicant get justice? Are these authorities are free to do any thing?

dear sachin has given account of this year only persons like me and others who are applying for years are seeing this for years. they collect the money with them and advance it on daily basis on interest to industrial community. lacs of applicants are trapped by lucrative promises made in ads and brochures. once the money is in the hands of these so called authorities you are always on the recieving end while they earn crores of rupees in interest. one more ridiculous thing the price of form is now Rs. 1100/- for needy and real customers?????????????????????? after three extensions they able to mop up crores of rupees in the proceeds from sale of farms. these are independent India's East India companies
i want to know your new residential scheme in ghaziabad, which was launched after 15/09/09

Can you please let me know what is the last date of GDA 's Madhuban-Bapudham EWS Housing Scheme. Also please mail me if any scheme for allottment of GDA's Plots is there now still open.
it is not easy to get any property through draw in the authority or to get refund, after applying in these schemes, as these authorities are meant to grab the poor people and to loot them. because these authorities are governed by some influenced person and allotment will be done after his/ her setting with applicant
