HI,
I WAS LOGGED A COMPLAINT ON CUSTOMER CARE CENTRE ON YESTERDAY 8/05/2012. BUT AFTER SEVRAL REMINDER THEY SAID THAT OUR EXECUTIVE WILL VISIT SHORTLY. THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY RESPONSE THAT HOW MCH TIME IT WILL TAKE AND WHEN THEY CAME FOR SERVICE. I MA VERY DISPOINTED. WHOLE NIGHT MY WHOLE FAMILY SUFFER JUST BECAUSE OF NEGLIGENCE OF CUSTOMER CARE. I DONT UNDERSTAND IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICE THEN WHY GIVE PROMISE TO THE CUSTOMER. I HOPE THAT THIS TIME MY COMPLAINT WILL CONSIDER ANY RECTIFIED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

AABHA — service not proper
your custimer care phone service is not fast, it takes time after taking the time they again say to type card no. and pin and after that it take one hour,i am holding an current with your bank and not receciving the monthly statement on time oh sorry not received only for the month of december since today.so if its not done then i will have to go to RBI for complaining on this again n agi=ain as i m tired of this complains.
