Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to intimate you that I myself Mrs.Sushma Patil had opened a trading account with M/S Geojit BNP Paribas financial financial Serivces ltd
with trade code XSS025 Mrs.Sushma Patil , I had transferred transferred shares worth Rs 50000 ( APPROX ) as initial margin. And after some time I had given a cheque of Rs 8000=00 ( APPROX).
At the time of opening of account, I had already cleared that I don’t understand call put trading and strictly said not to trade in FNO.
But few days back I have found that trading has been done in FNO without any intimation in form of mails, confirmation calls and physical contract notes. And due to this trading .I have suffered huge loss of Rs 41900/-.
Sir ,this is clear case of cheating and forging and due to this I have suffered a huge loss of Rs 42000 in financial terms and have also suffered mental harassment.
