[Resolved]  Getz Prime — Arrogance and inefficiency of the service staff

If i could go negative on the ratings I would. This is the worst service center and to all Hyundai vehicle owners, consider this a warning if you ever choose to leave your car in their hands. Right from when you enter, the attitude and the arrogance of the staff is very putting off. I brought my car in to fix the door lock. I had warned the personnel there to take care when removing the door panel because the last time they had messed it up with grease. After a brief nod and a smirk, the guy left and after about half an hour returned stating my car needed a service and that the job would take time so he'd get it done only if i gave my car in for service. What service center demands that of a customer? I finally refused and asked him to give my vehicle back and when he did, as expected, the side upholstry on the door panel was messed up again with grease. When i questioned him, the guy very plainly told me that it was nothing and if I wanted it cleaned up I should bring it in for a service. That did it for me. So Hyundai, I[censored] read this, you need to take drastic action about the entire staff there and the way things are being handled. A very sad state of affairs at your kottivakkam branch and this isnt the first time I've had problems with their inadequate service. Prior to this I needed to change a wheel stud on my left rear tire. They told me that they didnt have the spares, so I looked around and finally brought it to them only to be told that it couldnt be fitted at that moment cause they were busy and that they would attend to it when I gave my car in for service. I have wasted enough and more time with these people. Hope this goes out to the company. Urgent Changes are in order!!!
