[Resolved]  Ghaziabad Development Authority — illegal encroachment

Address:Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

A shop located at Ground Floor, C-1, RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad is being run under the name and style of M/s Jaika Corner. The said firm is engaged in manufacturing and sale of veg and non-veg cooked foods. The size of the shop taken on rent by the said firm is about 8'x5' but he is running his shop by totally encroaching the footpath as well as parking space. Several complaints have already been made with City Magistrate, Kavi Nagar Police Station, Mukhya Nagar Nigam Adhikari (MNA), Health Department, etc. but no public body is taking any action against the said firm. Morevoer, the said firm is being run by not taking any registration with the concerned departments and in the evening so many people drinks alcohol with non-veg food being supplied by the said firm in the parking space. The drunk people create nuisance with general public and other occupants of the said building is facing so many hardships. Kindly do the needful at your earliest.

It has been noticed that the illegal encroachment is rapidly increasing day by day within the Niti Khand-III, Indirapuram by putting iron gates with iron messes in concrete around and in front the respective duplexes thereby making it next to impossible to drive in and parking vehicles.

We request the concerned authorties to kindly take the appropriate measures.

finally i visited at your rajnagar ext sit office on 15/11/11.
only then i came to know that you have cancelled my flat.
sir, i am not aware what is the rule of regulations of builders, but i simply know i am regular in touch with you, there is a discrepancy of flat prize which your agent offer me is not match which you are demanding.i am contiounesely reminding you by telephonically an mail also i am ready to pay rest of the amount so please solve this issue as soon as possible.sir presently i am living at dheradun so it is very diffucilt for me to visit ghaziabad so frequently.lastely i am doing one way comminication with you, even you have not respond me even a single time.
i admit builders reserved all the rights in their hend, but without returning booking amount how you can cancelled my flat.

this is to inform you that, on 12-11-10 i booked a flat, in officer city my
application no is 1986, flat no 901, flat size 1041 sq ft, i booked this flat
as a no emi option, and i deposit 25000 as a booking token money, rest i did
not pay, bacuse there is a confusion of exact price of my flat which is
according to me 1611885 as a basic cost, and total cost is 1731884 which was
calculated by your representative at the time of booking, but the latter wich
was sent by you total cost is showing 1992750.00, sir there is a huge gap
between booking amount and your documented amount.
sir regd this matter i talk to you, according to your suggestion i am
sending you the scan copy of that plain paper in which calculation was made
by your representative at hte time of booking.
sir once again i inform you, before booking of your flat i have already
purchased a flat in noida extension, inspite of that i booked a flat in your
sociaty bucause i inspire lucratere feature of your flat which was detailed
by your representative jaget singh,
sir i have shown faith on you, i hope also you will deliver the things as you
promised, but if in the frist dealing there is a huge gap between booking
amount and documented amount please look the matter

I live in Shakti Khand-2 Indirapuram (GZB). I am informing you that someone encroach govt. land above their allotted parking with their flat on ground floor & they made a lawn.That is illegal. Nobody can grab Govt. land according to the law of India.We have some problems with this are given below:-
1, Mosquitoes breeding
2, Stoppage of Water
3, They are trying to encroach more land on the road.

We are residents of Plot No.64 Sector 6 Vaishali, Ghaziabad. There are 6 shops in the basement of this building which is illegal. there are always nuisance due to this shops. it is getting difficult to park the vehicle outside the building as the shopkeepers crease problem for residets. Request to take necessary action at the earliest.

There is heavy illegal encroachment on public land in Indirapuram, Niti Khand - 2 by labourers. One is right opposite my house, I have requested many times to the owner of slum to remove the same but he does not hear to me and says GDA has approved me to use the land. I want to know how GDA can approve land which is for public use to some individual? Request you to please look into the matter and help to resolve at the earliest. I request again as my family does not feel safe and it looks extremely dirty as they have constructed their so called washroom right opposite my house. Please help to resolve the matter at the earliest.

Dear sir/ mam, this is to bring to ur kind attention regarding day by day increasing Encroachment in raj nagar opposite new gzb railway station and extinction of green belt along with railway line.
Our respected PM mr. Modi is trying really hard for swach bharat and with these kinds of encroachment and defacing of beautiful city should not be accepted at all. Instead of making the city clean we are defacing and destroying the natural beauty.
Kindly consider this report utmost seriously and report them in newspapers so that the local authorities take strict actions.

all the encroachment is done on the liberty of local police. They take bribe and let any body encroach the green belts. I have proofs I have photos of police thullas taking bribes and enjoying beers with them.
