Date 20.03.12 The officer, Ghaziabad development authority, Sub :- illegal construction. Sir, This is to inform you that there is illegal construction is doing in b-54 (Top floor roof)dlf, dilshad extension-ii, sahibabad from last week. I WISH TO PAY YOUR ATTENTION TOWARDS THE ILLEGAL CONSTRUCTION IN DAYANAND NAGAR BY HOUSE NO-E-41. THEY ENCROACHED THE SERVICE LANE BY BUILDING THE BALCONY ON ALL THE THREE FLOORS ON 100 GAJ PLOT BY 4-5 FEET AND THEY ALSO ENCROACHED(BLOCKED) THE SERVICE LANE BY BUILDING THE WALLS AND GATES. YOU ARE REQUESTED TO TAKE THE APPROPRIATE ACTION.

We would like to bring in to your kind notice that we are staying at A- Block, New Vijay Nagar, Ghaizabad from last twenty years where one illegal construction is going on at A-341, Sector-09, New Vijay Nagar, Ghaizabad.All members of this street tried to stop the illegal construction but unable to do the same even after made the complaint to Ghaziabad Development authority with the reference number GDA1295.
we all residents of this street requesting you please give the order to stop the work and constructed building should be demolished so that we could not face any incident in future.

Dear sir, this is to inform u that illegal construction has been made in N-174 Sector 23 sanjay nagar ghaziabad, take heavy rents from labours class by giving these government space on rent if neighbours put objection then they used to abuse him, in this the officers of ghaziabad development authority is helping him. so plz take immediate action on this matter, otherwise we will take help of( RTI information act, 2010)
