Ltd Of Rs. 5,79,406/- including Insurance Rs. 18,328/- as premium amount plus service tax of Rs.2265/- For 20 year period. My loan A/C No; Loan Account No.23-G09896 Insurance Certificate(Kotak Mahindra Bank) No.GICHF1114 dt 17.9.2008 Customer ID No.31335 I closed my account 2nd July 2009. Till today I had not received any policy Which co insured this loan.
