[Resolved]  Gift360.in — Gift 360 - Bad service

The service provided by the Gift 360 ppl is too bad and are not responding for the refund of the money.
This was agreed upon many times and is confirmed via e-mails. Its already 25 days and these ppl from Gift 360, refuse to talk or put the phone down abruptly.

Stop this exploitation, Gift 360, this is not a good way to stay with reputation.

Understand that ppl are not passing time, buying things at your place.

i agree with their service being horrible .. i got a sony phone apying 9000 and its was completly tampered ... they just refused to speak .. am still fighting with them .. strangely have also booked stuff before .. but only delay was there... products atleast were never tampered . now a days they r tampering with their products too

Well I would like to complaint about 'Gift360'.

I ordered Sony Erricsson K770i phone last year in August. After placing the order Gift360 people said that it's not available in the stock so the money from the Credit card will be refunded. But after 3-4 days I received the phone at my mailing address.

2 weeks back my phone battery got discharge and after that phone didn't switched on and I called Gift360 to send the invoice as it was not sent earlier with the phone delivery.

On Thursday i.e 08th April'10 I went service center at Guru Arjun Nagar, Nr Shadipur Metro Station and got to know that phone is out of warranty as this is a Dubai handset and I have to pay charges for it.

I called Gift360 customer care and spoke to Sanya (representative) and she transferred the call to 'Sunil Kumar' (from escalation team) and he told me to send the handset back through courier and will replace the new one. I told him to document this on mail as proof and he did it.

The service center guy told me not to get the same handset as it's not available in India anymore so might can face trouble again.

I checked website and found that handset is not available in India and I wrote back to sunil that don't want the same handset and would like to have another handset which is Sony Erricson C902.

I got revert from Sunil yesterday that I have to pay 5202/- amount as C902 cost is 13, 200/-.

Well, I come to know about this handset from Gift360 website only and they don't have any other mobile listed which is good enough to use as I need cybershot only.

Since yesterday morning Sunil was playing mail game and finally I have told them that they have done fraud with the customer so will not going to pay any extra amount and if they can't do replacement give my money back or give me C902 or arrange call back from senior person and today after sending my mail again I got revert from Sunil that I have to pay extra amount for another handset...

My question is that if a handset is not available in india how they can sold it to people and if sold if something goes wrong with the handset who will bear the charges?
I am trying their customer care# but not able to get through.

I want you to tell that they are misselling items and cheating customers.

Kindly intervene into the matter seriously and suggest further course of action ASAP.

I am facing lot of trouble after dealing with Gift360.

Complaint with Consumer Court has already been logged today...And I have written to Sony Erricsson as well.

I have losted my 7999/- rs and it's a complete fraud...
