Global Visas is a cheat.I request no one to go for this company. They have taken Rs 20, 000/- as an authorized payment and 41, 000/- as unauthorized.

As i decided to cancel the contract 3 months back, they are yet to refund my money and are not responding and giving any confirmation for the refund of the money.I was in contact with Mr Swetabh Kumar...he would speak to you very nice and sweet but will not give any confirmation.I was speaking to him now and without telling anything he hung up and does not respond to my further calls.

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO GLOBAL VISAS.

So why dont you write your complaint to newspaper reporters, they would love a good story to investigate. For all the people who dont know where to send their complaint I have put together the email addresses of Daily Mail reporters, just send your complaints to the following email addresses( you can mention in your complaints that Global Visas has unfair terms in the contracts they offer to their clients, terms trapping their customers into paying full fees but Global Visas having no obligations at all in case of bad advice given – they call it expertise- or in case they would delay your visa or not return calls and emails):
so keep on complaining to:

    Hi

I was cheated as well by these global visa peple. They are the biggest fraudsters i have ever seen. The guy who ripped me off in particular was Shwetabh Kumar. They wanted my friend to apply for a HSMP as well, and wanted to charge him Rs 1.5 lack and guarentee him a visa HSMP, but luckily he didnt pay them and the guy who wanted him to pay left the company after 3 days.

I would really appreciate if someone can actually teach them a lesson. I am now entering a litigation process and also filing a consumer case against them for mental harrasment, and misleading a customer and false promises.

    Global Visas — stop cheating

    hi,

my advise to global visas don't cheat coustmers one of friend approached global visas for hsmp, they have taken money but no use simply they said you are not eligble so your money cannot be refund he lost the moeny in global visas, but ultimately he reached the goal of hsmp he has appiled directly using some uk government site, with approaching the agents like global visas he go t the visa, .
My brother applied for visa through this Global Visas in Delhi and its sheer cheating company. They did not provide any support and their goal is only to squeeze the money as fast as possible - and do not provide support to the value of money they collect. Its a sheer waste and at the end you everyone will feel betrayed. I know personally about the happenings in this cheating company in INDIA especially. Frankly, UK I have no idea - how they serve.

I recomment everyone who put in their hard earned money - Please think twice - we are not paid to complain about Global Visas as commented by someone in the above comments - its the betrayal and feeling of frustration and agony which makes us to write our comment. If anybody do not trust - please goahead and enjoy - and I am sure you will again get back here to same discussion to post your comments - and share your agony with the other people.

I dont have miracles and powers - and If I have - I will see to that the company extincts and burn to ashes - for cheating people and cheting their hard earned money.
you are right, you can move to to the consumer court and get your money recovered with compensation.
you can also write at http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/global-visas-c34294.html
I am also one of the persons effected by GlobalVisas attitude, they are very unprofessional in the way they handle the case. You are stuck if pay the initial amount, you are then completly stuck if you pay them the complete fees. After the complete payment the communication gap widens and they have I care a hang attitude. Mine was avery simple case which I could have filed on my on. Due to time constraint and other stress I thought of acquiring there services so that I could be rest assured that Professionals taking care of the case. Unfortunately I was wrong, Globalvisas is just a big name, My clear win win case was rejected by the HO & because globalvisas had put in wrong information.

Can you believe this that for tier 1 general (HSMP) I gave Globalvisas quite a few documents to refer & only few crucial and releveant documents had to be attached. With my application they attached the entire bunch of documents that I had given, which did not have to do anything with the case. The initial photocopies that I sent them even those were attached. This shows they didnt work on it, they just filled any thing in the form & sent the entire bunch to HO. No win No Fees is a sham. If any was is planning to sue Globalvisas, please contact me & I would likle to part of the litigation. My email is [protected]@gmail.com

Dealing with any Immigration case can be a stressful time for a person. We know this from over 20 years experience and we also accept we are often in the firing line and have to break bad news to people if they do not qualify for a visa. Our team does offer our clients the best chance of success and we appreciate if you do not meet the required qualifications bad news is never nice to hear. If a person does feel let down by the legal system we aim to do our very best to explain everything as best we can.

We are only human and even though 98.4% of our clients would refer their family to us it is possible we make the odd mistake out of 30, 000 cases per year. We want to learn from such mistakes and improve our service to you. If we have done absolutely everything we can and you still feel let down by the laws or our company, then we want to hear from you directly. We may not be able to change the situation but at least we can explain why not.

We would like you to shared your feelings with us, as we work hard every day to achieve 100% client satisfaction.

If an individual feels disappointed by the Immigration laws or our actions, we want you to know we care. That is why in our Client Care Letter and on our website we list all the governing bodies we are registered with around the world to investigate all complaints if you do not wish to speak with us directly. They will assess the complaint independently, and if we have let a client down these governing bodies will address it and ensure we correct the situation. We are Registered with more governing bodies world wide than ANY OTHER Immigration company.

We receive over 4 million visitors to our website and complete over 30, 000 immigration cases each year. We send EVERY client a feedback form to let us know what they think of our service. These feedback forms are distributed once a month to our entire company. Currently 98.4% of clients say they WOULD use us again or refer us to their friends and family. The comments on those forms are on the Testimonials page of our website.

Due to our clients’ on going support we are the largest and fastest growing Visa company in the world.

We are registered with more quality assurance governing bodies world wide than any other Immigration company.

We win cases other can not.

We are great listeners and really do care about you very much. Take the time to come and see us and we can sit down and listen to everything that is on your mind. We have several quality checks in place and also some of the highest skilled and best qualified Immigration law experts in the world. With over 100 staff world wide we operate a strict refund policy as mentioned in our Client Care Letter.

We obviously cannot respond to any specific issues on this site but we do want to hear from you.

On the issue of payment. We make our fees clear to all clients before we do any work and we explain everything in our client care letter. Offer payment plans for people who can not pay our full fees in one payment and do our best to accommodate our clients but, we can not work for free. Taking our knowledge and expertise and expecting not to pay for our service is unacceptable and we are certain 99.9% of clients would agree. If we allowed a person to take our services without payment all our other clients would suffer as their fees would need to increase to pay for the tiny percentage of people who believe it is right to take without payment.

Thank you in advance for getting in touch if you have anything to say to us. We look forward to receiving your email at [protected]@globalvisas.com We have put up this special email address to make sure if you have anything to say you can come straight through to us.

On a seperate note a person has been spread slanderous comments about our company on the internet. We would like to say thank you to everyone who has help in tracking this person down and the authorities are now assisting our legal team to ensure they answer for their actions in a court of law. We appreciate on the internet is full o[censored]ntruethful comments about all sorts of things but your efforts have been really helpful as it is hurtful to read things about us which are simply not true on this site.

All we ever ask is that if you like what we do please tell others, but if you don’t tell us.
We will do everything we can to meet your expectations.

    Thanks,

    Customer Services

Thank you for the posting on this website against Global Visas. I am one of the people conned by them and I plan to try to get my money back. I plan to write to the oisc as well just amazed how your complaints didnt even get them a fine. I think that beside the oisc you should write to all the accreditation agencies they mention on their website and also to bbc watchdog, if you google that you will see this is a television program which investigates shams and companies conning people.. BBC will put your story on prime time television and this will bring lots of bad publicity for them which they deserve.

I am planning to write letters to ALLL THE accreditation agencies they have on the website, plus THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING which regulates the way the companies operate, plus the BBC television plus you could contact with your story as well the tabloid newspapers in uk like News of the world, Daily Mail, the sun, they would be delighted to have a story like that on their hands.

the more people will complain through the right channels like oisc.co.uk there is a bigger chance the company will be struck off for bad practices so we need to join forces and complain

global visas promise you are elligible for any visa, they take the money, if you are not eleigible they dont give a refund, they never answer phones after they took your money, the conditions on their website are different than the condition they send to the clients, even if you change your mind before you provide them with any documentation they want to charge you full fees even for a phone call where they only took your basic details, they want to charge fees for work they have never done and they promise to get you visas you are not eligible for
Even I have the same issue. Any one who is think of filleing a case a against ICS Global Visas India Private Limited in India through consumer court please contact me on +91-[protected].

Iam planning to file one.If they dont return my money back.
I totally agree with you. I REALLY wish I had read the complaint letters before I decided to go with them.

Global Visas is not to be trusted. Because of their false promises and incompetence I found myself in Scotland with my 6 month employment offer withdrawn, and unable to return to my position in Canada, as I had asked for a 6 month leave of absence, and my position was filled. I spent 3 weeks trying to have my £400 refunded. No one returned my many calls or emails. It wasn't until I contacted the head of the London office and suggested I would be contacting the agencies from which they have otained their accreditations that I was given my refund. I strongly urge everyone who has been mistreated by Global Visas to contact their accreditiation agency in the UK at http:/www.oisc.gov.uk/complaints-about-immigration-advice, as well as the BBC consumer watchdog site canyoutrustthem.com.
These people do not deserve the trust that unsuspecting people, such as myself, place in them.

To people who dont know where to complain and they I have an idea: why dont you contact the daily mail news paper in the United Kingdom, they can run a story about the scam that Global Visas are running.

As per your requirement kindly do find attached the screenshot of my credit card statement which shows an amount of 3, 360/- in GBP is debited by global visas on 28th Jan. Also i have attached in the same screenshot the mail which i received from global visas this morning.

I am really surprised how come you being my account manager & without a notification to you & to me somebody can debit this amt? It clearly shows that there is no security for the online transaction & for no reason i have to take up the pain to sort out this things.

Visa Credit Card — Bad Treatment

I have been allotted a SBI Card vide # [protected] with a maximum limit of INR 35,000/- I have always been prompt in paying my dues and you can see my statement of account to have a proof of my above statement. Despite being prompt in payment and using the Card judiciously, they charge the Annual Fee. There are times when I had to get the interest reversed for wrong debits. The Customer Care response absolutely painful. We need to be on hold for half an hour also sometimes. The only number available from a non-BSNL line is 39020202. You can see that I have not been using my card from the past almost Six Months

My customer ID is 4206342. I have to ICICI bank several times but instead of resolving my grievences, I have been receiving calls regularly for payment. In june 2008 one recovery agent Mr. Singh visited my office and requested for payment. I asked for some documents but he represented that when I make the payments only then statments will be issued. The amount was then app. 19000/- as perstatements but some one from the Banksaid if I pay Rs. 15, 000/- my dues will be clear I immediately paid Rs. 10, 000/- but to my uter surprise that did not happen as the next months statement showed a balance of Rs. 10, 000/- when I asked the Bank employeee could not give any satisfactory answer excpt that I should not have paid.

I have written to Mumbai office in November but no reply on my problems is given. Further I have not authorised the Bank to make payment on my LIC payment and yet the Bank made the payments in February 2008 and charged overlimit charges. When I asked the Bank to look into the matter, there was no reply.

As per fair practice code my problems should have been resolved, but as a matter of fact no one is lisenting.

I request you to resolve the probles at the earlist.

          Thanking you

Everything said in the forum is correct and I have faced the rut of Global Visas pathetic service and greed for money.

I have therefore made an effort to complain to OISC against Global Visas, although it took nearly 8 month for them to reach a conclusion, finally Global Visas have been found to breach the following OISC codes:

Code 34: All advisers must ensure that their clients are kept regularly informed of the progress of their case, and, at a minimum, clients should be updated at least every three months.

Code 61: An adviser who charges for their advice or services must only charge a fee for which they are legally entitled.

Code 62: Where monies or fees are taken, an adviser must keep accounts, including a distinct written record of the transactions undertaken for each client.

Code 87: A client’s records must be made accessible to the client upon their request.

Code 88: An adviser must, without delay, having regard to the urgency of the client’s business and to ensure that the client’s affairs are not prejudiced, give or send the client’s documents to the client or such other third party as they may request in writing.

          Future Action
These breaches will be recorded and considered with any application from Global Visas for continued registration with OISC.

          Other Points
The evidence in this case has demonstrated a breach of the Commissioner’s Code of Standards and has raised concerns with regard to Global Visas’ charging policy and the discrepancy between terms being offered to clients and Global Visas’ terms and conditions of business.

I have the original letter with the full investigation report and verdict.

However, OISC neither offered any compensation to me nor fined Global Visas for these breaches. Hence, I do not feel terribly happy but nevertheless hold a high moral and ethical ground towards my charges against them.

          Tirthankar
Thank you for the posting on this website against Global Visas. I am one of the people conned by them and I plan to try to get my money back. I plan to write to the oisc as well just amazed how your complaints didnt even get them a fine. I think that beside the oisc you should write to all the accreditation agencies they mention on their website and also to bbc watchdog, if you google that you will see this is a television program which investigates shams and companies conning people.. BBC will put your story on prime time television and this will bring lots of bad publicity for them which they deserve.

I am planning to write letters to ALLL THE accreditation agencies they have on the website, plus THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING which regulates the way the companies operate, plus the BBC television plus you could contact with your story as well the tabloid newspapers in uk like News of the world, Daily Mail, the sun, they would be delighted to have a story like that on their hands.

the more people will complain through the right channels like oisc.co.uk there is a bigger chance the company will be struck off for bad practices so we need to join forces and complain

global visas promise you are elligible for any visa, they take the money, if you are not eleigible they dont give a refund, they never answer phones after they took your money, the conditions on their website are different than the condition they send to the clients, even if you change your mind before you provide them with any documentation they want to charge you full fees even for a phone call where they only took your basic details, they want to charge fees for work they have never done and they promise to get you visas you are not eligible for
EVERYONE GO WITH YOUR STORY TO THE BBC WATCHDOG, THEY INVESTIGATE SCAMMERS

GOT TO THE DAILY MAIL NEWSPAPER, THEY LOVE A GOOD SCANDAL

          GO TO OISC AND COMPLAIN
IN the uk there is a law called unfair contract terms law 1977 which protects the consumer againt companies who intentionally put unfair terms in their contracts which are defavourable to the consumer. thats why people should sue them, FOR UNFAIR CONTRACT TERMS

WRITE TO THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING

          Scambusters Team
          Office of Fair Trading

LIAM CLIFFORD, THE DIRECTOR OR GLOBAL VISAS HAS BEEN DISQUALIFIED AS A DIRECTOR IN THE UK DUE TO NUMEROUS BREACHES

          HAVE A LOOK AT

          http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/ddir/dqdet.cgi?P=[protected]
To people who dont know where to complain and they I have an idea: why dont you contact the daily mail news paper in the United Kingdom, they can run a story about the scam that Global Visas are running. So why dont you write your complaint to newspaper reporters, they would love a good story to investigate. For all the people who dont know where to send their complaint I have put together the email addresses of Daily Mail reporters, just send your complaints to the following email addresses( you can mention in your complaints that Global Visas has unfair terms in the contracts they offer to their clients, terms trapping their customers into paying full fees but Global Visas having no obligations at all in case of bad advice given – they call it expertise- or in case they would delay your visa or not return calls and emails):
          so keep on complaining to:

          s.[protected]@dailymail.co.uk, s.[protected]@dailymail.co.uk, v.[protected]@dailymail.co.uk, e.[protected]@dailymail.co.uk, d.[protected]@dailymail.co.uk, j.[protected]@dailymail.co.uk, d.[protected]@dailymail.co.uk, r.[protected]@dailymail.co.uk, m.[protected]@dailymail.co.uk, peter.[protected]@dailymail.co.uk, d.[protected]@dailymail.co.uk, p.[protected]@dailymail.co.uk, r.[protected]@dailymail.co.uk, t.[protected]@dailymail.co.uk, f.[protected]@dailymail.co.uk

Remember if you dont complain nothing will change so lets get this company investigated properly by the newspapers
The director of Global Visas, LIAM CLIFFORD, was been DISQUALIFIED as a director in UK from 01.08.08, due to numerous breaches (http://www.companieshouse.gov.uk/ddir/dqdet.cgi?P=[protected]),

Global Visas still continues to promise people for the service that they cannot provide, with main intention to rob their money.
GLOBAL VISAS IS A COMPANY SET UP IN 1996, WHICH MEANS THEY CANNOT HAVE 20 YAERS EXPERIENCE AS THEY ARE ONLY 15 YEARS OLD . SO WHEN THEY CLAIM THEY HAE 20 EXPERIENCE THAT IS A LIE. all these people posting favourable reviews for global visas must be employees of global visas.

SINCE 1996 LIAM CLIFFORD THE OWNER AND DIRECTOR OF GLOBAL VISAS is registered with 2 DISQUALIFIACTIONS IN 2008, PLEASE CHECK THE WWW.COMPANIESHOUSE.GOV.UK WEBSITE and ask compannies house, he has been in court for disqualification in 2008

PLUS LIAM CLIFFORD HAS BEEN IN JAIL at the OLD BAILEY JAIL PLEASE CHECK

          http://rinf.com/alt-news/surveillance-big-brother/biometrics-slammed-by-uk%E2%80...

also Carl Thomas from Windsor, Liam cliffords business partmner was also disqualified from being a director in 2008, please check the companieshouse website.

GLOBAL VISAS WAS ALSO INVESTGATED BY THE NEWSPAPERS FOR RIPPING OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THEY WERE FORCED TO REFUND MONEY . this is only 4 months after their director was in court for a disqualification case

          PLEASE READ

          http://www.people.co.uk/news/news/tm_method=full%26objectID=20987018%26siteID=93...

if global visas was a reputable company they would not have been investigated by newspapers and their director would not have been in jail and also in court for disqualification in 2008

I BELIEVE PEOPLE WHO POST POSITIVE REVIEWS ON GLOBAL VISAS IN HER MUST BE GLOBAL VISAS OWN EMPLOYEES

I think these things are a lot against GLOBAL VISAS
I was browsing online and came across all these negative complaints about Global Visas and while I never post, I felt obliged to get involved. I can only speak for myself but I have relied on Global Visas so many times and I just can't speak highly enough of them.

I hope others who have had good experiences with Global Visas will post. There are two sides to every story and from what I have seen above, this argument is too one sided. Having a website purely for complaints gives a totally biased opinion as all of the happy clients probably don't even know this website exists.
I find it highly unlikely that a satisfied customer would google global visas complaints, end up on a website full of complaints against global visas and would start giving positive reviews or fighting for global visas name. the reason everyon gets conned by global visas is that they never google complaints against global visas and because they never get warned by anyone about what illegalities global visas does they get duped.

so why would someone happy with them google complaints ad end up on a complaints site? logically they would assume there arent complaints againt this company. i believe these reviews looks quite set up.

I believe there are so many phone ringing at the GLobal Visas office from INVESTIGATING AUTHORITIES AND NEWSPAPERS THAT GLOBAL VISAS FEELS THE NEED TO ASK THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES TO WRITE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THESE SITES PRETENDING TO BE CUSTOMERS

HAHAHAHAH... THATS A GOOD JOKE, MR CLIFFORD

all these people who are giving positive reviews are actually using Liam Clifford words, whatever he postes on the Global Visas website is quoted by these people who are giving positive reviews...

the argument is too one sided?

          hahahah

well Liam Clifford has been in Jail and no reputable company would hire a director with Criminal convictions.. how many sides of the story with the jail sentence do you want

          hahahaha
this is a good joke Clifford, asking your own employees to write positive reviews hahaha what a joke...

Goopal Banjaree says happy clients probably dont even know this website exists...well if he is a happy client how hid HE find this website? Is it because he works for MR CLifford and Mr Clifford asked him to write that ? Or is it MR CLifford writing that?

          hahaha what a joke...

WITH SO MANY MADE UP GOOD REVIEWS I AM TELLING YOU GUYS I HAVE A FEELING AND I BELIEVE THE SUN, THE DAILY MAIL AND THE EVENING STANDARD PLUS OISC, TRADING STANDARDS AND OFICE OF FAIR TRADING ARE BANGING GLOBAL VISAS DOOR

KNOCK KNOCK LIAM OPEN UP, HERE WE COME TO CLOSE YOU DOWN;))
          HAHAHAHAHAH

AND THIS TIME IS NOT THE UNHAPPY CUSTOMERS, IS JUST THE AUTHORITIES;)))

KNOCK KNOCK LIAM OPEN UP, ;))
i believe Goopal Banjarees post is a made up one, the reason being ... he says he used Global Visas services sooooooo many times... well, how many visas does a person need in a life time to use Global Visas?

what happened Gooopal...did the authorities from uk kick you out of the country and they you got back by using gloabl visas? how many times did it happen? 20 times in a life time?

did they keep on kicking you out and did you keep on getting back in on a visa?hahah and after sooooo many times and soooooo many visas you stay online at 10pm on a monday evening to write reviews in their favour?;)))IS THAT YOUR HOBBY NOW AFTER SOOOOOO MANY VISAS?;))

Watch out Goopal, they may kick you out again while writing the article pro Global Visas and you may need Global Visas again for the 16789th time?:) hahahahah;))
Rating the services I found great but then I must confess to not being in contact with any other online service so cannot compare.
Many thanks again for the team's help in helping me to learn more about the use of this machine. Also the reason I cannot comment on where to improve this service.Regards and Merry Christmas and prosperous New Year.
My visa application was approved quicker than I expected which is very excellence. But I wish I had a chance to contact with my case worker face to face more. I never get to met the person who responsible to my case even once. I don't even have her phone number to contact when I need to ask something. But other than this everything's perfect. thanks
Andrea ragless was the consultant helping me with my student visa. She was the best consultant i have ever worked with, friendly but yet professionel. She made my visa experience an enjoyable experience, i finally got my student visa and i thank global visas for their assistance.
I've used global visas previously and u guys were absolutely excellent, incredibly efficient and very professional coupled with the fact that u guys did all the work while I just provided documents. This was the reason why I returned to use u guys on my husband's case.
global visas' EXCELLENT REPUTATION in delivery and success rapidly at an affordable price and my own MONITORING of that
although we have not yet taken on board the full services of global visas - we would recommend them to anyone seeking information about visas or immigration. Simon and the team are most helpful and insightful.

          keep it up!
It is funny that I mention good client care but also the area to improve. I think you are great and the person handling my applcation is fantastic but I am sure other like me would prefer a 'warmer' client care. Face to face or over the phone and no internet automated emails etc. That's all. I am very happy with the serice.
the Ridmina Bansal positive review is definitely made up by Global Visas, she says...i have not taken on board the full services of global visas but we would recomment them to anyone... so if you havent used them why are you reccomeniding them and why are you googling complaints against global visas, posting stuff in their favour if you havent used them? who told you there are complaints against them if you never used them . what are you doing on this website? is liam clifford writing this? global visas seem to be writing their own positive reviews.

          hahahahah

cheetan rawat says he is a happy customer and they have very little to improve... well if you are a happy customer and they have very little to improve what are you doing on a complaints website ?did liam clifford ask you? did he pay you money to do it? or is liam clifford writing this himself?how did u find this site? HE SAYS FACE TO FACE CONTACT WITH GLOBAL VISAS IS POSSIBLE WHEN EVERYONE HERE COMPLAIN THAT WHEN THEY GO TO THE GLOBAL VISAS OFFICE TO COMPLAIN NO ONE WANTS TO TALK TO THEM AND THEY ARE TOLD WE CANNOT TALK TO YOU YOU DONT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEN THEY DONT WANT TO GIVE YOU AN APPOINTMENT.

IS ANYONE NOTICING THAT ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE POSTED DURING THE WHOLE YEAR LONG BUT ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE POSTED IN ONE DAY, 6 OF THEM A FEW MINS OR HOURS AFTER THE OTHER?IN ONE DAY YOU GET TENS OF POSITIVE REVIEWS.

DOESNT ANYONE THINK THIS IS SUPICIOUS?

I BELIEVE THAT THE AUTHORITIES ARE INVESTIGATING SERIOUSLY GLOABL VISAS AND THEY ARE POSTING FAVOURABLE REVIEWS BECAUSE THEY ARE SCARED [censored]LESS.
I BELIEVE IT IS VERY POSSIBLE GLOBAL VISAS RE PAYING MONEY TO PEOPLE SO THEY CAN GET POSITVE REVIEWS FROM THEM

KNOCK KNOCK LIAM SAYS OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING, HERE WE COME TO CLOSE YOU DOWN...;))
for many years no one ever posted one singlepositive review on global visas and now we get 1 positive review every 1 hr.

LIAM CLIFFORD MUST BE SITTING IN FRONT OF THE PC WITH A TIMER AND EVERY ONE HOUR HE MUST BE POSTING SOMETHING FAVOUARBLE ABOUT HIMSELF TO MAKE SURE HE MAKES UP FOR THE THOUSANDS OF NEGATIVE REVIEWS. have you got multiple personality MR Clifford? Sometimes you are a director sometimes you are a convict, sometimes you are a disqualified disgraced director, sometimes you think you are one of your clients?

WELL IS A BIT LATE GLOBAL VISAS, NOW WE HAVE THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING, OISC, COMPANY INVESTIGATION UNIT, GORDON BROWN, PHIL WOOLAS ON YOUR ARSE

I THINK THEY ARE GETTING READY TO BLAST YOUR ARSE HAHAHAHAHAHAH;))
aakas jain who leave a positive review says

My visa application was approved quicker than I expected which is very excellence. But I wish I had a chance to contact with my case worker face to face more. I never get to met the person who responsible to my case even once. I don't even have her phone number to contact when I need to ask something. But other than this everything's perfect. thanks

if you never met your case worker, you dont know her phone number then you dont know the global visas phone number, if you dont know the global visas phone number and you never talk to them and when you want to ask something u dont have a phone no how did they get you a visa? DID THEY FABRICATED YOUR VISA OUT OF THIN AIR? how did you send your documents to a immigration comnpany where you dont even have a contact phone no and you didnt talk to the case worker? is your case fabricated?

who would trust their documents to someone they dont even have the phone no to call?

this is a hilariously made up review. everything is perfect when they get you a visa even though you have no idea how to contact them;)))
I believe we are dealing here with a case of the TOOTH FAIRY FABRICATING GLOBAL VISAS OUT OF THIN AIR.

I believe maybe this person is communicating with global visas through telephaty, maybe Liam Clifford of Global Visas while he was in jail at the old bailey he must have developed a telephatic way of communicating with his family and he is trying to use this at work between Global VIsas and their customers;))) hahahah this is a good joke;))

are you trying to save up on the phone bills Mr Clifford?;)))
PLEASE DO NOT TRUST ANY POSITIVE REVIEWS ABOUT GLOBAL VISAS...

          1) HOW COME ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ABOUT GLOBAL VISAS COME AT THE SAME TIME?

          2) WHY SHOULD A HAPPY PERSON GOOGLE SEARCH FOR GLOBAL VISAS COMPLAINT BLOG?

Any positive reviews that were written here were made up by their own employees or by Liam himself...

i am one of the person conned by global visas...i can PROVE to you that THEY ARE SCAM
EVERYONE GO READ THE FOLLOWING LINK

So its a fraud company finally.. can any one tell how to apply for HSMP visa from India in a genuine company. I am living in Chennai.
I completely agree with the complaint. Liam Clifford is a fraudster and needs to get locked away. I have been burnt by Global Visas withdrawing money out of my account without consent. When Global Visas do this register the transaction as fraudulent which it is.

Liam Clifford, your days are numbered.
LIAM CLIFFORD AND GLOBAL VISAS ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS. I AM NOT A CLIENT WHO SUFFERED DUE TO GLOBAL VISAS I AM EMPLOYEE OF GLOBAL VISAS. I WORKED WITH THEM FOR OVER 2 YEARS. LIAM CLIFFORD IS A 40 YEAR OLD KID WHO WILL NEVER GROW UP. YES HE WROTE ALL THESE POSITIVE COMMENTS HIMSELF. I AM PROOF FOR IT. HE IS A CHEATER AND RUNS A COMPANY WHICH HAS A SILLY LITTLE CONTRACT. I CAN PROMISE YOU ONCE YOU HAVE PAID UR MONEY U WILL NOT RECIEVE THE SERVICE YOU DESERVE. THE EMPLOYEES WILL ONLY ANSWER THERE PHONE WHEN ITS A NEW "SALE" ONCE THE DEPOSIT IS TAKEN THEY WILL TAKE THE OUTSTANDING FEE FROM UR CARD WITHOUT EVEN INFORMING YOU. THEN THEY WILL SAY THT U HAVE A CONTRACT THAT ONCE YOU HAVE HAD A 5 MIN CONSULTATION WITH A "LEGAL CASE WORKER" U R LIABLE TO PAY THERE OUTSTANDING FEE. THERE LEGAL CASE WORKERS DO NOT EVEN HAVE GCSES FORGET HAVING A LAW DEGREE. THEY PASS THE OISC LEVEL 1 TEST WHICH MY DOG CAN PASS TOO AS IT IS ALL COPIED AND PASTED FROM GOOGLE. LIAM CLIFFORD IS A CROOK AND A CHEATER HE WILL ROB U IF HE HAS TOO. THE COMPANY IS NOT EVEN ON HIS NAME ITS UNDER HIS WIFES NAME. HE IS A PRICK AND WILL NOT REFUND UR MONEY AS HE DOESNT HAVE ANY MONEY TO REFUND. U PAY HIM HE SURVIVES U STOP PAYING HIM HE WILL MOVE INTO A COUNCIL FLAT. I WILL BE POSTING SOME EVIDENCE ON THIS WEBSITE SOON BUT TILL THEN DO NOT PAY GLOBAL VISAS EVEN A PENNY TO "START" OR SHOW "FINANCIAL COMMITMENT" AS THE SALES PERSON WOULD SAY BECAUSE HE/SHE IS TRAPING YOU INTO PAYING UR MONEY THEY WILL THEN STORE UR CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND TAKE THE OUTSTANING PAYMENT. AND NEVER REFUND UR MONEY

Madhu Mishra ([protected]), Madhvi ([protected]), Pooja Baruah ([protected]), Varun ([protected]), all are engaged in immigration fraud and working with Global Visas, Delhi. these fraudulent will try to take your credit card no. while talking with you for immigration purpose.
hi i too lost my money for nothing, my mistake i goggled for Australian immigration and i spoke to them .

global visas says, our fees are for providing our expert information and advice during our consultation .consultation takes place within 72 hours of becoming our client ( THEY WONT CONTACT YOU AFTER FIRST CALL AND YOU DON'T GET ANY ANSWER TOO) .you may pay a deposit but you must pay rest of the fees with in 30 days. We will take the money from your account if you make the first payment by credit card or debit card .we can take the next payment from the same card.( NO DOUBT ONCE YOU GAVE YOUR CARD DETAILS YOU LOST YOUR 2000 POUNDS ) .at this stage consultation has been completed and therefore services rendered in line with our contract .

there for your clients claim that the goods haven't been received is with out substance and in fact a fraudulent action .
as per global visas i lost 2000 pound and am a fraud . thanks to Google .
          NOT WORTH IT !!!
I would never recommend Global visas International employment service to anyone. We have paid to that company 1800 English pound and got nothing as a result. From the beginning we had problems as they didn't deliver the client package on time, our case manager Carl was calling and apologizing for the delay until we finally receive the most dated CV which included nationality, date of birth and gender; the covering letter wasn't any better as they do not listen to their customer so never customized the covering letters to our necessities and full of gaps for us to add the info..so for us to do their job . It took them 2 extra months to correct the CV and covering letter. They applied for jobs for one o[censored]s in the wrong country plus the links sent for us to apply ourselves were also wrong. They changed our case manager but Danielle (new case manager) wasn't helpful either as she dint listen to us and kept sending the wrong info. We sent 3 complain letters to them describing our problems with the services not provided from them. The first two letters were just ignored by our case managers (Carl and Danielle), at the end we sent a letter by post and after a month we received a response from them telling us that they had provided the service so our money was not refunded, after that we have not heard anything from them even if it is suppose that the contract is still on until at least march 2013
The service is really bad, CV an covering letter are useless and the "global visas certificate" is just rubbish (nobody cares about that certificate, Global visas is not even a well known company).
Do not pay any money for this service is not worth it !!! do not let them steal you money, because that how I feel just a really expensive but useless service
The worst and the most horrible experience I've ever encountered. These are crooks here and not consultants. They take your money and give you nothing in return. Its like day light robbery. I unnecessarily lost 40000 Rs over a UK VISA.

I felt miserable that at the end of the day I filled in the form from the website, went to the embassy and applied and these guys were off no help at all. In the first place I was an to go to these people thinking that it might be of help, a lesson well learnt.

GLOBAL VISAS are fraudsters, absolute no respect to the customers. They need to be pulled over and penalized heavily. They play around with people.

I don't want to say anything further, hope some action is taken against them.

          Thank you
          GOVIND
          global visas are cheaters

they took money for my case in november and took long time to apply the visa and the government already closed the category for the pr and still they didnt informed me that the category is already closed and they applied for visa and then i got my file returned without getting any visa. i was so surprised such a freak company i worked with. they are cheaters. kindly dont believe on them. they are cheaters. they owe me 80000 rupees. such a freak company.
Hello, I thought i was the only one having trouble with global visas.. They promised me everything.. took my money.. gave nothing... then continued to take money out of my account, even after i told them i no longer required there service.

I would strongly advise anyone considering there service to think again.. they are a scam.
WARNING, GlobalVisas, India's latest VICTIM. I request every innocent people not to go to GLOBALVISAS. This company is the biggest fraud in India and worldwide. I paid Rs.82, 000 for an assurance for a job placement in US. They took 3 months to make a Resume which was already prepared by me. Each month they sent about 2-3 applications to US recruitment agencies and after few months my case was closed without informing me. When I contacted them they said that I have to renew with additional fees. They do not provide you with market information, nothing.

The staffs do not have any market knowledge. If anyone needs any detail on them please contact me at [protected]@yahoo.com. I urge the Indian Government authorities to take necessary legal action and close this company. I will be publishing my case in local newspaper as well.
          Hi Guys,
I have applied for Canada work visa from global visa UK branch. They have explained me that if you don't get the visa, you will et the entire fees return.I have paid £2400 for the application in four month. They have contact me for 6 month and explain that we have done these for you after that they had closed my online account as well. Also when i call them, they are neglecting me or not answering properly.
It was very bad experience for me and my mates as well.
I am advising all people that don't trust on global visa. Also they have changed the name as well, which is IXP Visa
          These all guys are fraud

I find very starge kind of remarks however our experiance with Global Visas is quite plesent and we were delivered what we were assured. I paid my 100% money in 30 days by credit card and my process took about 3 months but global visas in India was in my constant touch.

I find global visas quite open & upfront in communication and I paid total Rs. 89, 000 in two lots Rs 24, 000 at sign-up and balance payment was again transected throught the same card details but I have no regret rather I find it quite convenient.

somehow I feel these complaints are motivated.

I will continue using and recomending global visas to my other friends and relatives.

Even my client servcie manager helped me a lot in organising and understanding on my documents and I was given various alternatives and options.

I am quite happy. one of my other friend also applied through Globel Visas Mr. Sushil Saini and now he is in UK and I can't belive he has the job in hand within 7 days of his arrival. I also look forward to such exciting times where my dreams are fullfilled.

I am planning to write letters to ALLL THE accreditation agencies they have on the website, plus THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING which regulates the way the companies operate, plus the BBC television plus you could contact with your story as well the tabloid newspapers in uk like News of the world, Daily Mail, the sun, they would be delighted to have a story like that on their hands.

the more people will complain through the right channels like oisc.co.uk there is a bigger chance the company will be struck off for bad practices so we need to join forces and complain

global visas promise you are elligible for any visa, they take the money, if you are not eleigible they dont give a refund, they never answer phones after they took your money, the conditions on their website are different than the condition they send to the clients, even if you change your mind before you provide them with any documentation they want to charge you full fees even for a phone call where they only took your basic details, they want to charge fees for work they have never done and they promise to get you visas you are not eligible for
Ruchin above is Ruchika, a counsellor for Global Visas. Guys they are posting their own positive reviews now they are being investigated by authorities

IF YOU GO TO THE WEBSUTE CALLED WWW.CLICKTOCOMPLAIN.CO.UK AND SEARCH GLOBAL VISAS COMPLAINTS AND READ WHAT RIC THE MODERATOR AND JONATHAN THE OWNER ARE SAYING

THEY ARE SAYING THAT ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE OF GLOBAL VISAS ARE FAKE AND POSTED BY SAME PERSON UNDER DIFFERENT IDENTITIES AND THEY WROTE GLOBAL VISAS A LETTER ASKING THEM TO EXPLAIN THIS. GLOBAL VISAS SO FAR HAS NOT RESPONDED

SO YOU SEE GUYS EVEN THE OWNERS OF COMPLAINST WEBSITES ARE POSTING AGAINST GLOBAL VISAS AND CALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS A FAKE AND THEY CALL THIS COMPANY NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY
            Hi,

I an one among you who has been conned by Global Visas. They have misguided me completely and have used my credit card and made payments without my authorization. Please do not trust these people. All of them are fakes and frauds.

I looked into applying for a spousal visa in october 2008, to south africa.I paid a two hundred pound deposit to get the papers sent to me, and they seemed only to willing to help me.I was told over the phone that the remaining amount of money, four hundred plus would be taken out of my account just before submitting the papers. This all seems fine apart from the fact that the money has now been taken out without any papers submitted, and without my knowledge. So for this past month i have been trying to get this sorted, only for the person who dealt with my case to be constantly unavailable. Now i am being told that this was in my contract that the money would be taken out, only i have never seen or signed a contract with global visas. Now there seems to be nothing i can do about this.Just wish i had read the numerous complaint letters before contacting them.Be careful people.

To people who dont know where to complain and they I have an idea: why dont you contact the daily mail news paper in the United Kingdom, they can run a story about the scam that Global Visas are running. So why dont you write your complaint to newspaper reporters, they would love a good story to investigate. For all the people who dont know where to send their complaint I have put together the email addresses of Daily Mail reporters, just send your complaints to the following email addresses( you can mention in your complaints that Global Visas has unfair terms in the contracts they offer to their clients, terms trapping their customers into paying full fees but Global Visas having no obligations at all in case of bad advice given – they call it expertise- or in case they would delay your visa or not return calls and emails):
              so keep on complaining to:

i had contacted global visas for some information re spouse visa, whilst going throughout the process i was asked for my bank details, i told the adviser that i wasnt ready to start the process and i will get in touch with them . the adviser keep calling me asking when i would be ready . i sent him an e-mail stating that i would let him know when the money would be available, un beknowing to me global visas went into my account and took £300 out of my account without my permission.im having problems getting my money back and i hadnt started any application process. when theysaid they will phone they dont i have to keep calling the company to find out whats going on with my money. i was even told to lie to the accounts department that the reason why i did not want to carry on with the application is that i split with my partner which i refused to do.
                  Hi All,

I was looking to apply for hsmp so I filled a form online for my assessment.
There after I received a call from the representative of Global Visas named Mr. Swetabh Kumar. He told me that I am eligible and can proceed right away. He insisted me to deposit rs. 10000/- immediately.

I asked him a few queries regarding the charges and eligibility conditions. He told me that we charge Rs.45000/- which includes everything. And when I asked him that I don't have maintenance funds and at this he replied that I need not to have it
                  and I can apply.

So I deposited the money . After that I received a couple of
mails with assessment form, agreement and login details. I filled all the
                  forms and submitted back.

Thereafter I got a call that I will have to have £2800 in my account for at least 3 months. I cleared my situation to Mr. Kumar that I can't maintain these funds. I have asked you earlier abt this before applying. At this he promised me to get my money refund within a weeks time.

But now after almost six months had past, but no response from him. Even he
is ignoring my mails and calls. I am feeling cheated. I have reported the issue many times to Global Visas and Liam Clifford. But no one responds

Please let me know what can i do or where can i file a complaint against Global Visas.

                  Thanks,
                  Vishal Gupta
Yes u r right, Global Visas are cheater and scammer. They are only interested to our money and after that they were never contact you and even not reply to your email as well as phone calls.

All the offices all over the world and their persons are involved in this handsome scam. So dont contact this company for any kind of visas.

Kumar and Ashish is the brain for this kind of cheating but the main brain is for Liam, UK office Director. So if possible go to the Consumer Forum Court and send the Delhi office Legal Notice. I think this is the best and legal way to get the refund.

I am the Director of Global Visas. I have tried to reply on your site to false allegations made against our company to no avail.

This page is not ranking against our brand name and competitors are clearly using it as a way of slandering our business. The people named on your site do not even appear in our systems as clients at any stage.

I strongly request this information is removed regarding our company from your site as it is damaging our business and untrue.

                    Kindest Regards,

                    Liam Clifford

                    Complaint marked as Resolved
I totally agree. The employee's are completely incompetant in my eyes. 4-5 months would pass with out any contact at all, i was literally given 5 days notice when they changed the person who was handling my case and they failed to give the new person all the details so now i am being chased for 500 pounds for a visa i dont want/need and was told i could transfer it to another visa i wanted. I will be persuing them in court very soon
                    Liam and consumers,
I completely disagree with you. pple on this site( like me) mite not have put in their real name since they are in an existing legal battle with your co but that does not mean that the nature of the complaint is not true. Not only are your employees incompetent but they are trained to be ignorant. emails ( after taking the money frm the consumers) are not answered and finally one is threatened to pay further without receiving any visa assistance. The call centre no is NEVER transferred to a person. This seems a sure shot fraud. and thank god for this website so that pple can find out on this forum.
I am the Death of Global Visas. None of these allegations are false. We've got better things to do, and one of them is driving gangsters like you out of business.

I'm glad to hear that your business is suffering because of these complaints. We know that you are well connected with the underworld in New Delhi, but Truth Shall Prevail.

Liam Clifford, my . Bet that name ain't true either. Picked it out of a phone directory did you?

You've got a War on your hands buddy.
fraud company, i could not do anything to recover my 25000 these people stole from my credit card. i dont have a job and these people have duped me of rs 25000, god how will over come this
Who is this guy kidding (Liam Clifford) - Everything said in the forum is correct and I have faced the rut of Global Visas pathetic service and greed for money.

I am planning to write letters to ALLL THE accreditation agencies they have on the website, plus THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING which regulates the way the companies operate, plus the BBC television plus you could contact with your story as well the tabloid newspapers in uk like News of the world, Daily Mail, the sun, they would be delighted to have a story like that on their hands.

the more people will complain through the right channels like oisc.co.uk there is a bigger chance the company will be struck off for bad practices so we need to join forces and complain

global visas promise you are elligible for any visa, they take the money, if you are not eleigible they dont give a refund, they never answer phones after they took your money, the conditions on their website are different than the condition they send to the clients, even if you change your mind before you provide them with any documentation they want to charge you full fees even for a phone call where they only took your basic details, they want to charge fees for work they have never done and they promise to get you visas you are not eligible for
I have one message to Liam Clifford saying that all this is untrue:
I did send you a message to your personal email account several times, didnt ask you to refund. didnt ask you to call me.. didnt ask you to do anything except for to investigate my complaints with Global VISAS horrible support many and many times ..BUT not even one single reply from you SIR :-)

I actually couldn't help stop laughing when I read your comment over here saying that all this is untrue and as if you care much about your business as much you care about GBP transfers to your account from people like us...

I paid a lot of money, for really nothing and just for a big piece of fraud which I really forgot.
However, I promise to share all my experience (documented) with emails, messages, everything I got form Global VISAS to make sure no more people make u further rich SIR..

I encourage you to visit many of the UK immigration forums that have dedicated sections about your lovely history with applicants..

                    Good luck!
                    Dear Liam Clifford,

Here are some names for you, I think I know your con though. My theory is that you have the people working for you who regularly change their names. Two people on my case have been "fired" since it was started:

                    Adrian Baxter
                    Jaspreet Kaur
                    Fayazz
                    Simon Koe
                    Katrina from Refunds

                    Enough names for you?

Yes its true that Global visa is incompetent, liar. they have nice words they want only your money. We experience that and until now we are still calling them but nobody answer the phone. And they said that my consultant is not there anymore and they want me to pay again another money we paid already 804 GBP and now they want me to pay again 250GBP. How come that we paid to that amount in the first place they have done nothing to my case. Really annoying!!! they are leach taking money..How can you trust a company like them they have alot of goodwords but nothing happen. We call them many times but the people we are looking for is not there anymore Kanchan, Fhad. And Mr. Baxter promised that he will sorted our problems but he is hiding from us..they dont have words of honor so beware to this company.
                    Dear Liam Clifford,

Are you the Director of Global Visas?. If so please could you make sure that your consultants and managers do not cheat the clients.

I can prove that the people who are writing complaints in this webpage do exist and they are indeed affected by global visas scam.

This webpage is indeed uniting all those affect people to go to court against the injustice done by Global visas.

Global visas are targeting vulnerable people.

First of all I am one of the people conned by Global Visas.

I am going to court against global visas as i canceled my contract 4 days after i signed it thinking it was a scam, i canceled my credit card and now they are taking me to court because i paid the deposit and idnt pay the rest of the money, although i havent submitted any documents and they havent done any work.I have letters from Home Office proving that I am not elligible for what Global Visas told me I am elligible. They are trying to claim in front of court that a 30 mins conversation in which they told me lies and what documenst I should bring them is worth 690 pounds and any work after that with filling in the aplication form and submiting documenst should be done for free. This is a scam definitely as they want your drecit card details and sign a contract even before they check your documents to see if you have any chance when you apply for a visa.

First Global visas they are not solicitors or lawyers, they are just advisers with no university qualification but they want to charge you 1300 pounds per hr for phone calls only giving you info that is free of charge on the home office website.

So to people who want to know what to do my advice is KEEP ON SENDING LETTERS, KEEP ON COMPLAINING

i AM FROM uk SO I CANNOT HELP MUCH PEOPLE IN INDIA BUT I CAN HELP WITH ADVICE PEOPLE IN UK

                    FIRST step is

they dont do much, wont help you get your money back but the fact that they investigate global visas
will be a proof for you in case you go to court against them.

for people who write complaints it is worth knowing that Liam Clifford, the founder of Global Visas and ex director was disqualified in 2008 for serious breaches and you can print this information from the internet and use that in your court case

after that prepare yourself to take them to court( only in the uk, i dont know how you do this in India)

I found on the internet an article written about someone else about going to court which I will present below as the guy was very explicit

my advice is ... keep on complaining, keep proof of everything you did so you have chances in court and complain coz this is the only way to change things. send all your true stories to the authorities because if you dont complain nothing will ever change

there are people who dont have the time to complain or they dont know to whom to complain and that is why global visas is getting away with lots of money for doing no work at all

when you take them to court you can complain about unfair charges, unfair feees, no work done for the money, unfair contract terms( there is a law in uk about it so research it)

the truth will always shine through your stories, you just have to complain

So here is below the story I found on the net about how to sue them from the UK
The name of this website, Moneyclaim Online, suggests a dodgy accident compensation service, like Claims Direct and all the other legal vultures who are pushing up our insurance premiums.

But Moneyclaim.gov.uk is actually a website produced by our own wonderful government. To be more specific this website is run by the Court Service of England and Wales, the people who do such a fine job of punishing all the baddies out there.

I stumbled upon Moneyclaim Online earlier this year when I was planning to sue Wilcon Homes over the faulty boiler in my house (that's a whole story in itself which you can read more about in my op about Wilcon Homes). I have sued a few people in the past; most notably NTL when they used to be called Cable & Wireless, and a dealer who sold me a car which I later found out was an accident write-off. I don't suffer fools (or crooks) gladly.

On both of these previous occasions I won my case, although I had found the system to be intimidating and rather bewildering for ordinary people (or the 'information underclass' as we are sometimes labelled - those o[censored]s who didn't go to public school and don't have dinner parties with friends in high places).

I am pleased to say, however, that the internet has changed the way in which ordinary folk can access justice. Or perhaps 'revolutionised' would be a better word. Although I have a very low opinion of Mr Blair and the New Labour machine, I feel that credit is due in one area. Several years ago Blair vowed that all government departments should be made more accessible to the public via the modern miracle of the worldwide web. This was one promise that Blair actually delivered - and the website I am reviewing is a good example of how Joe Public has been empowered with greater access to the "
                    system".

From what I can gather, Moneyclaim Online was only launched last year (2001). Before this time you had to go to your nearest county court in person and obtain forms and leaflets if you wanted to sue someone. From my experience these courts were far from user-friendly. They were designed for solicitors who knew the way things worked - information was sparse and the staff were unhelpful at the best of times. Anyone entering the court building without formal dress was treated in a sneering and condescending manner.

But all that has changed. Whether you're looking for recompense from a crooked builder, or trying to get someone to pay you back a debt, you can now launch a county court claim from the comfort of your own home. Taking legal action against somebody need not be as daunting or expensive as you may think. And you don't need to pay a solicitor in order to sue someone (although I would still recommend getting good legal advice if you're unsure about the chance of your claim succeeding). As every case will be unique, I can not give an exhaustive guide to suing, nor can I give a guarantee that you will win, but hopefully I can give you a clear idea of how to use Moneyclaim Online.

You have to pay a fee to use the service (the fees are identical to the conventional snail mail method of issuing a claim), but the fee will be relatively small in relation to the amount you are claiming for, and will have to be refunded by the defendant if your claim is successful. The court fees are on a sliding scale but work out very roughly at 10% of the amount you are claiming, eg. a claim for between £1000-£5000 will cost you £115. If your claim is below £5000, the court will automatically allocate the case to the 'small claims track' which is a basically a more informal way of dealing with it.

Crucially you are going to need evidence. In a county court, the rules of evidence are not as formal as in a criminal co
urt, so the judge is going to take a "common sense" look at the plausibility of the evidence presented by each party. Typical forms of evidence used in county courts are professional written reports, photographs and written statements from witnesses. You must be able to show that you gave the defendant a reasonable opportunity to settle the matter outside court. Keep a written log of every time you phoned or wrote to them. Send at least one letter to the defendant by Recorded Delivery (this will cost you 90p at any Post Office) in which you clearly outline the situation and set them a reasonable time in which to act, ideally 14 days. Clearly state that you are going to issue a County Court Claim against them unless they act within this time limit. Keep the Recorded Delivery receipt and a copy of the letter - these will form part of your evidence in court, in case the defendant denies that you gave them a fair chance to sort things out.

When you are ready to make your claim, log on to www.moneyclaim.gov.uk and register for a username and password. You then fill in a series of simple forms, providing information about yourself and the person you are suing. Finally you are asked to write the "Particulars of Claim" in less than 1080 characters, so keep it very concise and to the point. At this stage you only have to give an outline of the basic details of your claim, so limit it to a few sentences. You will have chance to go into more detail later on. The website then collects your payment of the court fee by credit or debit card. Once you're done, the claim will be posted off to the defendant at 10.00am the next working day. You will notice that your claim is issued by Northampton County Court who issue all online claims. The defendant will be given 14 days to respond. They may buy extra time for themselves by issuing an acknowledgement of service, which gives them a further 14 days to consider their options. If the defendant files a de
fence then you will have to pay an extra £80 for an "allocation questionnaire" which is basically the next step in the process (but it's free if your claim is below £1000). Again, this £80 will have to be refunded by the defendant if your claim is successful.

Whether you decide to settle outside court, or go to a hearing, is entirely up to you, but remember that you can drop the claim at any moment until the day of the hearing. If you are suing a company, and the case goes to a hearing, then you should make sure the case is heard at the court nearest to you. Private individuals are given this advantage when suing a registered company. You will need to ask the court to transfer the case to your nearest County Court - they will do this free of charge. To find out the address of your nearest County Court, visit www.courtservice.gov.uk/notices/county/ccadd/circu its.htm (this does not apply, however, if you are suing an individual person - the case will be automatically be heard at THEIR nearest courtroom).

If your claim is successful, either because you won the court hearing, or simply because the defendant entered no response to your claim, you can progress the case online by applying for a warrant of execution. Basically this means the court bailiffs pay a visit to your defendant to seize goods which they sell at auction in order to pay you what you are owed.

I found the website extremely easy to use. For any of you who are familiar with internet banking, the interface is a similar kind of thing: a status bar displays the current progress of your claim (ie. Claim Issued, Acknowledgement Filed, Judgement Issued, Warrant Issued, etc.). All the terminology on the website is written in plain English, rather than legalspeak, which I found pleasing. The website includes a user guide, and each stage in the process is accompanied by a 'Help' button which gives you a pop-up window containing a text based explanation. Moneyclaim
Online also has a helpdesk telephone number (charged at 0845 local rate) in case you get stuck at any point. I used the helpdesk on one occasion when I had a query and I found the staff to be prompt at answering the phone and extremely helpful.

As I mentioned earlier, I sued Wilcon Homes using Moneyclaim Online. I won the case by default because they did not enter a defence before the 14-day deadline, and I was able to complete the whole process through my computer without putting pen to paper. When my claim reached the stage at which I requested judgement, I was particularly impressed to see a feature on the site which enabled the claimant to add interest to the amount claimed. The website automatically calculates the interest at the current Bank of England rate. It was only about three pounds but I thought this was a great little touch which you would not get with the old paper-based system. Wilcon Homes paid me the full amount without a fight, which was slightly disappointing as I had been looking forward to pressing the 'Send Bailiffs' button!

I think this website is a breakthrough in the way ordinary people can access the legal system, which until now has been elitist, old-fashioned and arrogant. It's just a shame that nobody seems to know about the existence of this website - as far as I know it has not been advertised anywhere.

I hope this has been of some use to you. If you have any feedback on this opinion, or are aware of anything I have left out, please let me know.

If Liam Clifford was disqualified as a direct, the present director called Brian Palmer can be disquqlified as well, you just have to complain people do your homework, be honest and fight for your rights so we can live in a fairer world with no scams

Remember if you dont complain nothing will change so lets get this company investigated properly by the newspapers
I paid 400 pounds becasue i got a call from Global Visa on 1st Sep.
They have cheating sounds really nice and kind at that moment asking me paid first.
I was silly to paid them directly then i found that was a scam.
After hang up the phone i check the website,
I found i was cheated then call them back to try to get my money back.
But they have some rediculous excuses to refuse my enquiry.
After one day, I asked my Uni to call them to make sure they
and their member prevaricate when Uni collegue called them.
One of the member of Global visa said the money can be refund,
however there is no other reply after we waited for 10 days.
We are now trying to do some further action to get the money back.

Hopefully no one will be cheated any more
                    God bless !!

ITS A BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG BIG SCAM!!! AND I REGRET THAT I HAVE TRUSTED THIS COMPANY. I HAVE WORKED SO HARD FOR YEARS AND SAVE MONEY AS MUCH AS I CAN. THEN I HAVE ENTRUSTED THIS COMPANY WHO MADE ME BELEIVE THAT THEY WILL BE ABLE TO FIND ME A JOB IN CANADA. BUT ONLY GOD KNOWS... I WANT MY MONEY BACK COZ I AM JUST ONE OF THE LESS FORTUNATE WHO HAVE JUST PUT MY SAVINGS INTO THIS COMPANY WITH FALSE PROMISES!!!
l have paid an advance of 6000 Dhs on the13th May for

processing an Entrepreneur UK Visa for myself & my brother .

I made the payment to Mr Razim Patel, (Dubai office branch Manager ) with my credit card on 13th May 13and cancelled

                    the application on 15th May-2013

when I realised after checking with the UK Home office website that Razim was giving false information about the Visa

                    rules in UK .

Razim said he will refund the money immediately within 2 working days but it was never credited to my account. It has

been more than 76 days since I made the payment and nothing has happened.

The Client Service Manager of Global Visas Shafaat Ahamed said the approval has come from UK office..and the branch

manager is not willing for the refund.

He also advised me that if Razim is not responding, I have to complain about his Manager to the Dubai Police.

I want to alert the authorities concerned that Razim Patel working for Global Visas mislead me by giving false

information about UK Visa rules and ripped me off my hard earned money .They promise that you are elligible for any visa, they take the money, then they will say you are not eligible and dont give a refund.

He promised to refund the payment made in 2 working days but his employee Shafaat Ahamed had been giving me false

                    excuses since that day.

The authorities in Uk and Dubai should protect vulnerable people from being conned by these unscruplous people .

                      Complaint marked as Resolved
I am the Director of Global Visas World Wide. I am based in London but currently on business in Cape Town when I was informed of your comment on this site. Our records can not find you on our systems which is strange as they are state of the art and never miss place clients details.

As you can see I nor my company are in the practice of avoiding clients feedback nor would www.globalvisas.com keep anyones money without doing a first rate job. If you would lke to discuss your case with my management team directly I am sure they would be happy to oblige you with a refund.

If however you are a person who is making up stories in India as we have just launched our new Indian Offices and new India website www.globalvisas.co.in and would prefer we were not in India as we maybe a threat due to our very high international standard of service then I can not help you.

All I can do is assure you Global Visas put our clients at the heart of everything we do and by me sending this reply to you at 10 pm on a Sunday night I hope will show other readers we are going to take the Indian Imigration market by storm as we are unique in the quality of our service.
                      Hi,

Even my case also seems to be same.

Because they said it will take to get visa update with min 5-weeks. now it is 7th week.

                      Till now no update.
Please do not approach Global Visas. They chated me for 800 pounds. They do not provide right information.
                      Hi Sir,

i just applied immigration for canada and initial payment subimtted.please advise me what to do ? shold i go ahead or not.
                      Kindly reply me.

                      Thank You
                      Regards

GET YOUR MONEY BACK NOW. The initial fee is the application fee, which they will NOT do for you. I have been TRYING To work with them for 3 months and they had even begun my application. GET OUT of it now. Good Luck. Liam Clifford has received NUMEROUS complaints from myself and I have never received a response.

The staff has told me that they are all quiting becuase it is a SCAM. They take your money and do not provide any service they promise.
                      Mr. Clifford,

With all do respect, do you check your emails? I have sent you numerous emails and I have not received the full refund I requested. You tend to post that these complaints do not come from customers, but we all have the same issues, NO SERVICE is provided after payment is received. I paid 1200GBP and not one step was done for my application. My case worker was always "sick" and completely incompetent.

I ended up preparing my own application and it took me 2 hours with the documents I gave to GV, which they held it for 6 weeks!

You should spend more of this time responding to current customers and not trying to get new ones that your Company cannot handle.

                      Another dissatisfied customer,
                      Penelope Aquino
I tried to get refund they said once money depositted cant get refund this is out of policies. how can i get refund. tell me way please

                      Thank You
                      Regards

am planning to approach with global visas, shall i go ahead with them?
Kindly advice which consultant is best for HSMP?
Global Visas is the worst imaginable service. I too submitted my materials to my "consultant, " who then ignored all of my emails, never answered the phone, and never returned my phone calls. As for filing a complaint---What a joke. They take two weeks to even ACKNOWLEDGE that the complaint was received. They should be ashamed of themselves for swindling people who come seeking their help in good faith. As for the people that work there: I only wish upon you what you have done to me. They cost me $3000 and a job offer.
i agree! they cheated my money too. after months of emails trying to get back my money they finally agree to refund 50% of my money. it's been more than a month now and there is no reply after that.. and my money.. is still lying out there... my hard earned money...
Totally agree with the comments about Global Visa's. They have scammed me for near on £400 and I have been trying to get this back for over a year. They change their staff to avoid dealing with you and you end up going through the same process with a new person. Its stressful enough without being scammed and then after doing nothing for you they threaten legal action...what a joke this company is.

What ever they say they will do, don't believe a word of it - AVOID them big time. If you are thinking about immigration then find another company and check the reputation before you hand over any monies.

Also complain to UK OISC and trading standards as they will act upon multiple complaints like these.
                      :(
                      same story as above ...
Agreed to every satement made above, these people will call you day and night when you fill-up a online form and the moment they get the money they are seeking GBP 400 or GBP 1400 depnding on the type of con game the advisor/agent is capable of - they suddenly stop replying to your emails or even calling you.

Their objective is making money only, had they focussed on the service money will automatically flow, same story of the farmer and the goose who laid golen eggs..

                      Sheer nonsense service
The service is poor and despite anything they say, don't expect a refund. They don't answer emails, or respond to phone messages. They will state that you are getting a refund, and go as far as to ask for your bank details, but the money will not appear in your account. I suspect they promise a refund in order to drag out the time it takes a client to complain to the OISC - the longer you go before making a complaint the more difficult it is for the OISC too review your case.

If your situation requires that something is done quickly - definitely don't use them - as they are extremely slow!
anyone successfully taken back their money pls give some indication... they didnt even bother to obtain my bank info after promising the refund..and guys out there.. don be fooled by the first comment posted above by director of the conman company. i emailed him as well.. and as expected, there is no reply from them.
Do not work with Globak Visas!

Imcompetent and slow! Signed the contract with them to submit and collect my application - turned out I had to submit in person. Still waiting for the refund of the application fees with exactly the same experience as everyone who has written above.
Liam clifford, we are gonna take you down in that storm!
                      This is War.
It asks questions and asks viewers to send smses with "Jeeto" at 57575 and win thousands of rupees. No matter how many smses you send you will never be called back. Each sms costs rupees ten!!

I send many smses and knew all answers but was never called back. There were instances where after 15 minutes no viewer was called and the question lapsed!

I think this is a all staged where sometimes someone from their own team calls up and actually no one gets paid. The unsrupulous channel with the telecom service providers only make fools of gullible viewers!

These people are cheats! These kind of shows should be banned...people are lured to part with thier hard earned money.

                      Please do something.
I agree..Global Visas are big time cheaters...they swindled me of 450 GBP...please dont take their services...This is my request to people across the globe. Save your hard earned money from these scoundrels..Its frustrating to get cheated like this...take care.
Have they paid you to type all this rubbish?? Or you are one of them? if you had got cheated...you would know how it feels..we have written what we have experienced so at least other innocent people will be warned..in goodwill...nothing else..if you got your work done successfuly from them..ur lucky...we lost our hard earned money.. hope you understand that.. don't be so inconsiderate..we have nothing against you...who are you to say we are talking rubbish?
They are simply are white collar cheaters . Infact they don't bother abou taking money from people by simply doing nothing .

We all should take strong action against them .
Definitely, they have been cheating us since they do not provide the correct information on one's case. I urge all of you to form a group and unite and stand against them. This will help us lodge a complaint against them with relevant proofs and they need to refund us back our hard earned money. Obviously, they have made us lose time but they should know that we are not going easy on them for their misdeeds.
All of you, please reply me back or contact me on angelpowers at(@) gmail.com
I need everybody's support to get your and my refund back.
                      Hello everyone,
I urge all of you to support me and let's complain against them with statements and proofs. I am aware of the process, however, I will need support of you people. I once again urge you to contact me on
                      [protected]@gmail.com
I spoke to Goutam today. Hopefully, he should get a refund very soon. Goutam, do keep us all updated.
                      Email me on [protected]@gmail.com
                      Good afternoon

I strongly agree with this, my complaint is with the UK branch, Simon who turns out to be the salesman there promised us a great service with no problem in getting a Defacto Visa for my partner. I am British and he is Caribbean. He then advised it would only take about 12 weeks. We paid £350 as a part payment to get things started and were advised that we would have a manager (Shazia) assigned to us who would contact us to do an interview in order to complete the paperwork for the visa and that we would also have to pay another £350 on completion of this and a further £400 to the embassy. We never got this interview and it was impossible to contact them by phone, email or their online customer weblink. When we did get them they said they were waiting to hear from us, this was never the case and we were actually waiting to hear from them but rarely did. The customer service and communication skills is a disgrace. The manager who was meant to be acting for us talked over you and always wanted to get across how we were in the wrong and that was why nothing had been done even though they had our money from middle of December 2008 and it was not the end of January 2009. The sale person I spoke to initially told me that they were open between Xmas and New Year and I later was advised that this was not the case and this was used as part of the reason why we heard nothing. Also it turns out that when I asked for a detailed invoice showing costs to date which should only be phone calls as that is ALL they have done they advise that they started filling out paperwork for a married visa to which we had never instructed to do and also find this strange as she would not have had the information as we never did an initial interview etc giving the information required for this form. Please Please Please do NOT use this company. I am now trying to get the deposit back and have more or less been told there is none to get back, myself and my partner are so upset with these people. He is still in the Caribbean and I am not in the UK with our daughter. I came back thinking he would follow soon so I could get the little one settled. So the saga continues in a vain attempt to try and get some of the money back we have paid out and we are now going to have to start and find another company to assist and it is now very hard to trust that any company will do this after our experience.
I am writing to post a complaint against the management of my case at Global Visas. I cannot comment yet about the actual processing of my visa application, as my case manager Katarzyna Pasternak has been taking a very long time in reviewing my documents and giving me feedback that I can actually use.

So far, I am very unhappy that my complaint to her manager Adrian Baxter has only been met with a standard response of "you must submit your complaint in writing, " without any indication of when they might consider addressing my concerns.

The fees I am being charged by Global Visas are over €1050 for inexpertise and frankly, a lack of customer-oriented professionalism. I would be interested to know how it is that Kumar was only charged 400 pounds and not the standard 1, 000-1, 200.
Acc. to Alexa, Global Visas has the most traffic, & it is supposedly one of the largest, if not THE largest visa immigration services in the world. I researched reviews online, & only found a few negative comments--all from India--& 1 or 2 positive comments. The Global Visas account manager was friendly & knowledgeable when I called their London office. So I hired them to help me sort out getting a Highly Skilled Worker (HSMP) visa to the UK.

UNFORTUNATELY, Global Visas sr. case manager, Katarzyna Pasternyk, is disorganized, slow, & lacks any sort of empathy. She is unable to provide a roadmap of the application process, & two weeks after working with her, she has yet to tell me about the actual interview.

She asks for letters from banks, employers & my landlord, but she does not give any letter samples or explain--what information they should contain, who needs to sign it, etc. The client must figure that out all on their own. I believe she tries hard, but her advice is confusing. In the last 2 weeks, I have spent about 50 hours on trying to contact Global Visas, trying to speak with Global Visas case manager Katarzyna, trying to understand what she is saying, trying to understand what I need & what the next steps are.

I receive is a smattering o[censored]nintelligible comments written among my original questions (often without formatting that distinguishes where my email ends & Global Visas' comments begin).

It's a simple question of knowing how to manage a project. Any event that requires a longer time to complete should be given adequate lead time so that all elements come together at the same completion date. Unfortunately, Global Visas sr. case manager Katarzyna Pasternak does not know how to do this. Example: I have bank accounts in the US, but I do not live in the US. After 1 1/2 weeks of consultation (I gave all my information on the first day), I was finally told that online bank statements were not acceptable, & that the bank statements needed to be original paper bank statements.

My bank in the US is Citibank. To request a paper bank statement requires 2-3 weeks. They will mail it to your US address, but not your international one. You need to have someone receive it & re-send it to you. If I had known that from the beginning, I could have started right away on getting it. Better yet, Global Visas senior case manager Katarzyna Pasternyk should have been the one to advise me to do that. I am the client. Katarzyna’s response? Oh, just get the local branch to give it to you. They can’t? Oh, then ask them to stamp your printout of your online bank statement. She obviously doesn’t know that banks run independently of each other, country to country.

I decided to email a formal complaint & requested a new case manager. I was told by Katarzyna Pasternyk's supervisor, Adrian Baxter, that he would only review my issue after I had filed a formal written complaint. I sent him a longer, more detailed complaint in a Word doc.

Response from Adrian Baxter of Global Visas:
"You hired Global Visas to assist you with your Tier 1 General application. We have provided you with advice & assistance in line with Home Office guidelines. ...I will not be able to reassign your case to a new Case Manager. I look forward to your response advising of how you wish to proceed." He did not offer any options.

I replied to his email & requested to speak by phone. I WOULD go to his office, but I am not in London. He did not answer his phone any of the times I have called him, nor has he ever returned my voice mail. I have been waiting nearly a week for some response.

It is possible that there are some really great people who work there. In fact, I'm sure of it, as I have never seen a company where there employees were all disagreeable. However, if you have the misfortune of getting an inexpert, disorganized, slow case manager at Global Visas, you will not have a proper channel to resolve your complaint.
I guess you are one of the family members working in this stupid Con Company that is why everything is rubbish, but the fact is this Company itself is a big Garbage Dunp. I hope you understand "Garbage", so my advide to all the people viewing this page kindly dont touch this BIg Garbage.

Thank God, I saw this website before making my payments to Rohit, he was so persistent and he kept on calling and mailing me So people do some research work before relying on any company, that will save your money as my money.

these people are trying to destroy the site, cause they are frauds, they are cheated and will eventally give u nothing

Ruchin, You case may be an exception.

They are totally rubbish, they cheat people to get money and after that they will disappear. (I'm talking about London office)
                      Hello

                      Hi,

After reading through all the comments frm diff. ppl. i'm little sceptical bout the company...my money is stuck with global visas since 13th march when it was credited, after continous follow-up via email, i'm still waiting for the money to be refunded. this money was charged in a rush hour by one of the global visas consultant, later in couple of days he found that i'm not eligible for UK tier-1, eventually got me into a dilemma on the effectiveness and efficiency of this company! henceforth i was continually being pacified and told that you'll get back the money asap..suddenly when i called the delhi office today, someone picked and told that consultant i was dealing with is no more with the company and wanted to know what is the issue...then after getting my info..he said that best way to get ur money back is to login to the account in global visas website and send email on your concern. This is the only way as per that person. So again this shows the lack of guidance and support to the customers !!! why wasn't i not informed about this when i was following-up with the consultant for last 20 odd days !!?? Urge globalvisas management team to understand situations in customers' shoes...and above that the person i was speaking to today didn't show any kind o[censored]rgency and was very relaxed in his speech...hope is all i hv right now...
i hate them! i have spent 1558 pounds on a visa to canada after 4 months with very little contact with them i decided to cancel my contract as nothing had been done on my case and everyone i dealt with was completly useless and incompetant!! so i called to cancel as i was well within my rights they said that i am not entiteld to any money back at all!! so at the end of the day i have no visa and i am 1558 pounds down! not a good situation to be in!
Be carful with this company it is a SCAM...
Same your money, Global Visas are big time cheaters..
you can contact contact the mirror newspaper( put name of one of their investigators), daily mail newspaper, you will go to OFT, consumer direct, FSA, and Trading services to report unfair charges and unfair contract terms.
                      contact OISC

I have called the Trading services myself twice. Fisrt time to my mistake i talked about bad advice they gave me and they send me to oisc as they dont get involved in that . Second time I got smarter and called them to complain about unfair cahrges and unfair terms in contract, i complained that they asked me to pay upfront 150 pounds before any consultation took place or contract being signed. They thought this kind of complaint is good enough for me to get a call back from them in 10 days to investigate regarding the matter.the only thing is they asked for my address which is in uk so i qualify as a consumer in this country.I plan to comaplin that the terms of the contract are confusing to me as I am a foreigner with english not a mothertongue and they didnt offer a contract in my mother tongue and they used high pressure techniques to make me sign the contract sing confusing immigration terms.

Global Visas provided a poor service... i have them an initial deposit of 250 GBP and they didnt reply to me for weeks on end. I ended up making an official complant to the UK immigration authority. To this day i havnt recieved any money back from them.

I decided to go with another UK company called Capital Visas and they were fantastic. They we by far cheaper than Global Visas and provided me my Work Permit really quickly.

Dont GO with Global Visas, goto Capital visas @ www.capitalvisas.com - by far the best.

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST GLOBAL VISA.

I LIVE IN LONDON AND HERE TO THE GLOBAL VISA CHEATED ME. THEY TOOK £4000 AND NEVER DONE THE JOB

I HAVE ALL THE EVIDENCE OF HOW THEY CHEATED ME.

THEY WILL FORCE YOU TO GIVE THEM THE CREDIT CARD NO...
AND THATS IT YOU ARE DONE...YOU WILL BE CHEATED DEFENITLY.

PLEASE DONT TRUST THE BLOODY GLOBAL VISA.

I AM SUPPRISED THAT NO ONE HAS FILED CASE ON THEM.
I too have had problems with this company do not use them. I too have written to Liam Clifford and have not received any response.
looks like the way they cheated everyone's money is all the same. i posted something more than a year ago.. and i did not get back my money. i wrote to the guy who posted the first post. i wrote to OISC but they said they only handle complains but will not help you to get back your money. they took my credit card number and subsequently told me im not eligible (no charges made yet). subsequently after 2 mths when i emailed to check again my eligibility status with new salary scheme.. they immediately charged GBP400 to my card without contact me or allow further queries at all!!! that is stealing! and the consultant assigned to me never reply email to my complaints.. the so called complaint department promised to refund GBP200 (out of the GBP400, reason being 'consultant fees' charged for enquiries) but no email since then. i am not sure how they get away with all the cheatings. and apparently the negative complains about this company at quite a few websites get removed instantly!
I have had the same problems as all of you,

Why has nothing been done to this company? I am going in to see the this week - not sure if that will be wirth anything but I am not letting this slide.

Have any of you received your money back?
I'm so angry with Global Visa's. They have ripped me off and treated me like for the last 2 years. Apparently they have just opened another office in Australia, so I really don't want to see other people get ripped off. I want to see them go down...! Come on... let all take action and go to the media.

Message me back on this board and I'll contact you. My email address is above is incorrect.

IN the uk there is a law called unfair contract terms law 1977 which protects the consumer againt companies who intentionally put unfair terms in their contracts which are defavourable to the consumer. thats why people should sue them, FOR UNFAIR CONTRACT TERMS

                      Mr RUBBISH,

It is logical to think that people who are affected by global visas will google search to find a place to lodge their complaint.

No one will bother to search for a complaint blog if they do not have complaint.

Why are you in this blog?.
I think u r one of the deceptive sales consultant of Global Visas,
I feel you are pissed off.

by writing rubbish and filling the webpage will not hide the truth.

I CAN PROVE THAT GLOBAL VISAS ARE SCAM, FRAUD, THIEFS.
GLOBAL VISAS HAS STOLEN HARD EARNED MONEY OF THE VALNERABLE PEOPLE ARROUND THE WORLD.
PLEASE COMPLAIN TO OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING, BBC WATCH DOG, ETC.,
                      PLEASE KEEP COMPLAINING

On Aug 7th 2009, I entered my contact number in global visas website when I was accessing my eligibility for the HSMP visa. Immediately, one of the Immigration consultants (Mr Bhuvan Sharma) from global visas called and promised that Global visas will process and post my application. He demanded a payment of £300 deposit before any consultation and signing of contract letter. The sale consultant was very pushy; he said he will give me discount if I initiate the payment with him on the same day. He kept on saying that Global Visas are very trusted organisation and authorised by OISC. He put lot of pressure on me and kept on telling me that I have to make up my mind immediately and I have to pay the deposit instantly. He kept insisting that global visas abide by No VISA No Fees policy. He sent a contract letter through email and said I have to sign and fax the letter immediately so they can process my application on the same day.

After paying the deposit and signing the contract letter, no consultation took place. Few weeks later, I learnt through home office website and another Global Visas consultant that I was given incorrect information about my eligibility to apply for HSMP visa from UK by Global Visas, false information about the consultation and home office fees.

Since they cannot provide me the service I want, I called the Global Visas to refund the initial payment. The Immigration consultant promised to refund me the initial deposit and asked me to wait for 14 days.
Fourteen days later, instead of refunding, the manager of Global Visas sent me an email saying I should pay a further £735 as their consultation fees for the service that they cannot provide, if I do not pay they will incur the payment through dept collection team with penalty interest and cost of £250 per hour for time pursuing the debt. When trying to communicate with the manager (Taimur Jawed) by telephone about my case, he spoke to me in very rude manner, upsetting and said I was boring him.

I have telephone conversation recordings with Global Visas and other proofs that show how global Visas fooled me.

I believe, the fact about my visa application process should have been evident to anyone with even basic understanding of the immigration system. I do not understand how any firm would have taken money to assist me to apply for a visa that I am not eligible (making false promise of success), give incorrect information about the consultation and home office fees. The Global Visas also has a very unfair contract terms. I do not understand how such organisation has been authorised in UK.

According to The Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 Common law Scotland, the work should be carried out with reasonable care and skill for a reasonable charge. Global Visas has breached the proper service, by providing incorrect guidance and unreasonable charge.

According to The misrepresentation Act 1967, the contract letter I signed with Global Visas is not valid because the contract letter was signed based on the information provided by Global visas that were turned out to be untrue.

Global visas has provided me misleading information about my visa application process (promised me to get a Tier 1 visa from UK which later turned out that, it can only be obtained from India according Home Office. Global Visas also mentioned an application fees for the Home Office and their consultation which again turned out to be incorrect) and drawn money from my credit card and camouflaged to sign the contract letter. Instead of refunding me the promised £300, they are charging me further £735 through dept collection team for the service that they cannot provide me.

I have complained to OISC, I learnt that OISC will take 6-8 months to investigate my case. Several people have complained to OISC. OISC has neither offered any compensation to them nor fined Global Visas for their breaches.

I believe Global Visas are deliberately taking money from people promising to take an service that they cannot deliver, and give misleading information to people to make them sign the contract letter.
I believe Global Visas offer to their clients unfair contract terms, they use the signed contract letter and debit money from the bank for the work they have not done.

I will be pleased if we all work togetter bring Global Visas to the court and takes necessary action to prevent Global visas deceptive sales consultants and Global visas unfair contract terms victimising any further individuals.

                      thanks
Global visas are a set of [censored], I went with this company to get a visa for Australia, which I truly regret, absolute amateurs, I paid a deposit of £431 for them to start with my application, and they did nothing, every time I phoned them up or E - Mailed them about a query, it was the same every time, no response back from my E - Mails, leave messages on the phone no responses, but they were there phoning up straightaway when they wanted the 2nd deposit, even though they did virtually nothing, eventually I lost patience and cancelled my visa, all what these tossers are bothered about is getting your money, they are sending me letters saying that I owe £1400, In time I will be taking global visas to court, if anyone wants help with shutting this company down I will be more than happy to help, lets get them shut down quick so they wont be able to rip off people.
Global Visa are an utter disgrace. Some people will do anything rather than work. 2009 has been horrendous for myself and my family as I lost my husband in a road accident on 30 Dec 08. Myself, my two sons and other family and friends have been distraught. We now have the added stress of Global Visas taking my son to court when it is Global Visas who need taking to court. They ought to hang their heads in shame. I am a great believer in "What goes around comes around". They probably think that nothing will happen to them, but they will get punished eventually. They make the Kray Twins look like pussy cats. Global Visas have no morals. I would rather have someone point a gun at me and rob me. At least you know what they are up to!!! My son has always been hard working until Dec 08 when he lost his job. He has not worked since. He now has these fraudsters hounding him for money. I would like Global Visas to come up with proof of what they have done for my son apart from demand money off him. The work they have done would probably not cover the back of a postage stamp. LET US GET GLOBAL VISAS CLOSED DOWN!!!
Global Visa are an utter disgrace. They are praying on vulnerable people at a time of economic turmoil when all these decent people want to do is make a better life for themselves. They are taking hard earned money from people illegally. These shysters would not know an honest or hard days work if it hit them in face. The company are thieves and fraudsters who should be sent to prison for a long time to send out a message to similar rip off companies that they are liable to some comeback. They should be closed down immediately and all funds gained illegally should be repaid in full.
I am totally stranded in South Africa - on my own - due to Global Visas. I was advised by Nicholas in the London Office that global visas would get my retirement visa easier for me as i was moving abroard within a few weeks They took 695 pounds from me. My documents were sent to Robbie Ragless in Cape town who assured me that my passport would not go out of his sght as he had power of attorney to process it all. He aid my passport would be returned within a week or two. That was in JULY 2009 . It is now MID - OCTOBER 2009 - i have no passport - no visa - my flight was in 2 days but have had to change it at great cost. i am totally disgusted with Global Visas who ay that Home Affairs in Nelpruit lost my passport??? Home Affairs say it was never sent. I am going to take this company to court in the uk for negligence etc. WHEN I GET BACK! any one else had these problems?
SOME PEOPLE HAVE FOUGHT AND GOT THEIR MONEY BACK FROM GLOBAL VISAS.

PLEASE FIGHT, HIGHLIGHT ALL THE MISTAKES THEY DID TO YOU.

ALL THE LIE THEY SAID TO YOU INORDER TO TAKE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS

                      MAKE COMPLAINS EVERYWHERE.

                      DON'T LOSS HOPE.
GlobaL Visas is a SCAM, thats for sure ... there sales people would say anything to take your money and their CASE WORKERS are highly INCOMPETENT ...

Please stay away from Global Visas .. they are a SCAM
They are fraudulent and have been set up to take foreigner's hard earned money.

I am looking to file a lawsuit on behalf of all the indivudals who have been abused by this company. If you have had issues with Global Visas please email:
                      [protected]@msn.com.

I will submit to a solicitor all the claims to begin an action suit on the behalf of the group of individuals.

                      Thank you.
me and my partner got in touch with global visas back in april/may this year and filled out application form to see if we quallified for federal skilled worker and within a week we had a call from simon koe from global visas, we was told we did qualify and over the phone we paid £250 using my debit card and we gave our card details over so they could take monthly installments to pay the cost of the visas, what a mistake!!!.things were going fine we filled out loads of forms and sent them back waited a while then filled out more forms sent them back and they were checked again by simon koe by this time we had paid 3 instalments of nearly £400 pounds each time, our forms was all sent to the canadian office and then all of a sudden we had a call from canada saying we didnt qualify as a skilled worker but we could make a false application and say that my partner worked as a nurse in a hospital in england, we declined straight away, this was because simon koe had made a mistake, thats when the fun started!!! We got in touch with the london branch and told them to STOP all payments from our account because of simons mistake we also wrote to global visas in london saying the same STOP all payments from our account and to give us a refund because of the wrong advice from simon koe, one week later global visas took another £400 pounds from us so i got in touch with my bank telling them to stop any more going to global visas but because we paid with a debit card we coudnt stop payments.i have made so many phone calls to this company and in the end they said that we would get a refund but only if we seeked legal advice first, well i thought that was a joke, but i did and the solicitor told me what to write but if i was to ask him to take on my case it would end up costing me more than what i was owed, so global visas said we can have a refund and we would have to wait 60 days so we waited then i got in touch and they said the cheque is in the post, six weeks later im still waiting so i got in touch again and was told it has been sent and to chase it up with the post office.i have been in touch with BBCwatch dog today and maybe they will get back to me soon. i would URGE anybody thinking o[censored]sing global visas to stay well away as they have treated me and my partner really badly and its been a night mare trying to get a refund.I might just use a solicitor to get my money back just so global visas dont bend me over a barrel and shag my again.j christopher marie adeyemi from penzance cornwall

This business seems to be a total sham. I've been duped of £250 for a phone conversation. I have an email from them promising my refun by cheque but inspite of repeated follow-ups I've had no response!! Avoid this company like a plaugue!!
They are a cheat. They said I am eligible; After paying couple installments; I realized that they lied me. When I called them to withdraw my case as they misled me they said they can manage it. They agreed they do this for every applicant for Canadian Immigration. They offered me that they will proceed with the case and they will take care of all. I just I do not want to do that. It took 6 months for the refund to be approved. Now that it is approved the Canadian manager said he will refund in 2 months; but not yet. I call him; but all the time some one picks the call; only to say me that he is out of office.

I have my case with global visas, from year 2008,
first intial payment I have made by cheque, and they said in writing that they will take payments on installment bases afterwords whatever remaining amount,

2nd payment I have made through cheque, and then 4th one through my debit card, once I have given them my debit card details, they took payment without even notifing me that they are making transaction, they took about £317 from my account after that I have emailed them that why they did not notify me for this payment, and they made another transaction of £650 of remaining amount, without asking me or notifiying me, because, I have my file with them I did not do any case of fraud on them.they said because we were thinking that you are not going to make payment, so we have took all remaining balance.( said by Liam Clifford)

after year later they said immigration rule been changed so we can not process your file on wife's name but we can do on your name, My file has been submitted in STAGE 1 process, and then after 3 months I have started chasing them, but no reply from them, all they said is we have not received any kind of documentation from CIC yet,

in this month they have received my file number on first week of FEB 2010, and they said we need to prepare 2nd stage documents, and I need to submit before 27th FEB to their office in London,

I have sent them documents on 17th FEB, in next day delivary, and on 22nd FEB they replied me that your file is been rejected as we did not submitt documents,

I have asked them what date you have received my file number? and they refused to provide me documents as a client I can not ask that documents.( said by Holly Maccalne),

I want to take this people to court and refund my all money, plus waste of time, and Negligance about my case,

I have numeriously time called them but no answer from them. either by phone or email.

Please do not use GLOBAL VISAS SERVICE AT ALL.

they are nothing but false people.
It is about time GLOBAL VISAS were charged with fraud. They conned my son when he applied for a Visa to work in Australia. They take your money then sit back and do nothing. KEEP AWAY FROM THESE SHYSTERS IS MY ADVICE!!!
Global Visas are LAIRS, LAZY, and THEIVES...their sales people lie and as soon as you pay, the service become terrible. They wouldnt even answear any of my emails, letters or calls regarding advice on my documents, i did everything myself, including guessing which documents i need and filling the application form. My so called imigration adviser kept avoiding me, and ignoring my calls and contacts and waisted my time as i needed my application to be sent rapidly. My application was very straighforward with no complications at all. all documents were present and i only needed no more than 30 min of the workers time to finalise it and send it, . even this i didnt get for nearly 1000£ fee. for a 1000£ i got 10 min call from the adviser who didnt tell me anything i didnt know. Basically there service cost 100£ a min by my experience...even the hottest sex line isnt that expensive. THEY ARE TERRIBLE < PLEASE NEVER USE THEM and someone should SUE them.
I agree, I have paid them well over 3000 pounds in rands, and I tell you they are USELESS! Incompetent people, all the do is take money. In addition, deliver nothing. Wasting precious time, and huge amounts of hard-earned hard saved money, they should be ashamed of themselves. but why would they, because people just go back, sure they have a good case here and there, but I mean what the hell is one case out of a thousand. If I knew then what I know now, I would never have paid them. All embassies in anyway have to deal with you. you can apply for anything from them, don’t let GV say they have special documents, because they don’t, all they do is have a small checklist, re written, with the same info on that the embassies give out, then they try and rip you off by selling it to you, which is illegal anyway.
GLOBAL VISAS... what a joke. Who cares about customer service if they have already taken all you the fees upfront, they have you by the balls and the rest means nothing.
They certainly took me for a sucker, do not let them catch you out, and I am just a simple South African.

                      Beware, global visas... Sucks!
I can be agree too, As I got similar situtaion with other company name Capital Visas Ltd.

Now money gone, I share my card information so they able took their full fees without my knowledge and cancel my contract in respose of my complain for their service and bad behaviour talking on phone.

Please suggestion, Is there any way to get ride of this position

globe consultancy — not refund my amount

Hey Guys, i have paid 1600 to them ..they said every 10 days they will give me 2 interview calls...after 1 week they stopped taking my calls and .i am going there to get my money bak this week due to there unprofessional behaviour nd fraud company they are running...any volunteers can get in touch with me

Global consultants, LG 15 Somdutt Chember 1, 5 Bhikaji Cama New Delhi - 110 065, Delhi, india
To all South Africans, take them to small claims court.

As someone with intimate knowledge of how GV operates and their sales training, there are a few things that they would probably not like to come out. If enough people take them to small claims court they will be forced to revisit their policies as it's no longer worthwhile for them to rip people off.

You probably won't be able to close them down, but you'll get your money back and cost them enough to make it more worth their while to be less pushy.
I agree please stay clear of Global Visas, they took 1500 pounds off me and provided no service, they did not answer request for refund for lack of service, scammers so be warned...
my friend just introduce me and advice me to apply which he has applied already and waiting
for the Canadian VISA in 1 month time as indicated by GLOBAL VISA .COM, am confused should i go
                      ahead or abstain?
my friend applied for Canadian visa and paid $500, it will take him 1 month before the Visa
will be ready according to Global visa. he advise me to apply, am a bit confused should i go
ahead or ignore it. best regards
Same here. Why don't you get a petition together. Get all the people who have had a bad time with them to sign it and send it to ofcom and OISC?
Warning: Global Visas UK is a SCAM operation : They promise you information for a small fee and then email you a "client care letter" that stipulates if you pay the small fee you are liable for the full amount. They are NOT afraid of attempting to bully you into paying by taking you to small claims court even though they KNOW they will lose. Unfortunately if you are currently dealing with them you are in for a long hard ride, and Global Visas are not afraid to lie and provide false evidence. Do not under any circumstance sign any documentation from them. Their Director Liam Clifford is a Scam artist.
i am in the middle of argueing my case with global visas as we speak, my visa was supposed to go in as a state sponsored visa, ive now been told a year on that it has supposidly going through as a family sponsored visa, one which i never applied for. i have had a payment for state sposorship to them go missing, it has been submitted to immergration but all the wrong details have been put in, i have 5 agents sos far, none have read my case file until, where they say now there are loads of mistakes on there, even when proved through emails written back and forth stating that we at a catergory 2 as we are state sponsored, is now untrue. they have offered me no reasoning or been helpful at all, i would not go to this company, we submitted our papers las oct but paid global in 2008 to take our case on.
This company is totally involved in fraud and money scam i do not know why government of different countries are not taking action them. they robbing guys from across the world and playing with several countries integrity. they are playing with Canada, UK, India and Australia immigration offices. i do not know what the hell all immigration offices are doing probably they would have shaking hand with this company otherwise how cum a fraud company surviving since 15 years.this company playing of emotions of several countries innocent people if immigration offices are not able to take action against them they should not give visas to individuals.

I was thinking about using Global Visas as their website seems to be quite genuine.
I received a phone call around an hour after filling out my details online and spoke to a gentleman who went through the process with me. I took the call at work, so I didnt have much time to talk. I asked him if I was to make the payment, will this mean my application will be successful? or do I run the risk of it being denied. He didnt answer my question clearly and repeated "this is our job, we are professionals etc etc". I asked him again, and he said "it looks as though you will be fine, do you want to make the first payment now, we accept credit card". Alarm bells rang to me immediatley. I felt pressured, and rushed into making a payment, when all I wanted was a consultation. Not only was the process unclear, the gentleman understood I was at work - obviously $2200 is a lot of money to pay whilst at work, without discussing it with my partner or having time to think. I immediatley googled the company, and have found all of these horror stories. I am so glad I decided against 'Global Visas', thank you for your comments, it has most likely saved me thousands!
If anyone has a company they can suggest which provides great service and clear information please post! Visas are an important thing in peoples lives - something that should be treated with care - Global Visas - why are you still around?!!!

I have contacted one of the Global Visas executive Kapil in Delhi office. I asked him to provide some of the references of the people who processed through them. He denied to give the references to me.

Only genuine companies or people would dare to provide references. Looks like this is a scam.

                      Thankyou guys for alerting us.

About Global Visas - I have only one thing to say. It's all just a waste of money, time and your precious thoughts about those people.

None of the so called - "Account Managers" ever work. They hardly understand what you say, bcoz they are not listening to you when you speak. They make false promises and force you pay the complete amount before even starting any work. Pretend heaps of discounts. Oral promises and the contract promises are very different. Its a fradulent company and I haven't even read one positive testimonial of them. They intentionally change the "account managers" and don't give you a chance to speak out your information. It's so nonsensical and all you can learn from this experience is staying calm through your bad days because, you are not even allowed to shout at them. They promise to make calls and none of them actually schedule any appointments of make any calls. It's so efficient in deducting your money but never ever giving any kind of services that were promised even as per the written and signed document. However, it's awesome to see how wonderfully people working here are trained not to work or may be trained to cheat people. I can only forget about this money start getting my things done myself. It's such a nonsense company.
                      hello,
i am international student in uk. i want to move to canada on work permit in hospitality industry. so i visited global visa on 31st of january in their london office. i was introduced to their representative sharmin she told me that they can pursue my case for canada and they will find me job there. so if i start my case from 31st of january (same day) i have to pay £2500 so if i start tommorow then i have to pay £3000 because of their january offers. So on next day they took my card detail on phone (charged £480 for my first installment which i have to pay til 5 months)and asked me to click on the links they emailed me to see further about my payment and to login their website so i did exactly they said. After two days they introduce me to the case manager Ozlem she told me she will help me with every thing so i trusted them after that i read about the reviews about this company so i emailed them that i want to withdraw my case because now their promises are changed whatever they told me at starting. they said they will find me a job now they emailed me they will make my cv (which will take 15 days) and will send me a link for applying job they dont know how long it will take and not sure. i was so stressed because i was totally disappointed with their services whatever they said. so i asked them to refund my £480 but i got email that according to my contract i have to pay full money £2500 even if i withdrawing my case and they did nothing. now they are not replying for my any email. i did not signed any contract and they did not provide me any paperwork about the contract. they are just deceiving innocent people. please don't use this company ever if you do you will waste your time and money...
                      Hi,

This is Vidya Pawar here, In the year 1/07/2009, when i was in UK on student visa I had applied for Skilled Labour Visa. My Ref. No. 909218. I had submitted all my document and paid 1000 Pound in installment, and I had also made a draft for Candaian visa fees for my whole family and submitted it to the Global Visa. As my visa was expired I had applied for extension of my visa, and in that period I had medical problem so i withdrawn my case from UK visa office and came to India in Feb 2010, while coming to India I had informed Uk global visa office the reason of going back to india and they told me that Vidya submit your Police verification and IELTS. When i reached to India, I made my treatment and also informed Global visa through their Login Idand my baby was so small that no body can handle him I had informed that i am unable to do IELTS for sometime. They told me to contact Indian Global visa, and in India there was nobody who was taking care of my visa process, they always use to tell me to call uk and inform them. And in that period they informed me that because you have not submitted IELTS result that is why canadian government has refused your visa and they closed my file.
I just want to ask them that without IELTS how did they apply for my visa and what happened to my canadian visa fees draft which i had paid.

                      Thanks

Hi, everyone ...I am going to global visa UK for my immigration matter...as I saw so many comments on their reputation...I am bit worry about my money and time...should I go ahead??? Please give me true advise ... Thanks
THEY ARE SCAM, RECENTLY THEY TOOK £500.00 FROM MY CARD UNAUTHORIZED EVEN I DID'NT SIGN ANY CONTRACT. THEY ARE NOW NOT TAKING MY PHONE CALLS. THEY ARE FRAUD.
I'm a Global Visa Client. My case id is 1898205. I'm sick and tired of contacting people. Started the process in 2011. But no positive prospect till date. Money, time and energy is completely wasted. They did not help me or co-ordinate and end of the day they said documents not submitted. I went in person to the UK office and provided the documents. They were the one who said wait you don't have to upload anything as of now. Now they are saying the case is closed as documents insufficient. Now I'm in India I don't know how to get my money back.
