[Resolved]  Global Visas — Money back claim

I got the services from Global visa because of google searching. They are making fool hundreds of people and no one is taking any strict action so that no one else can be affected by their fraud. I am going to court to sue them as well. They have taken unauthorised money from my account although I have cancelled the contract.

Global Visas — money

We went with Global visas last year for thier help in getting a business visa for Australia. We paid upfront a sum of £600 befgore we got a service statement from them. They sent us forms to complete which we did promptly. It was months untill we heard anything we could never get hold of our case worker and never have any returned calls. In the end we cancelled our next payment to them and went somewhere else.We have now out of the blue a letter from the recovery agency ACT demanding the sum of £1, 177!!.We have no idea what for, they did nothing for the first £600.We know they have done nothing in the way of obtaining a visa for us as we never stated what state in Aus we wanted to go! I have emailed and rang and left messages with a manager Adrian baxter to ask what they have done for such a vast amount of money and nothing.I dont know what to do next
My brother applied for visa through this Global Visas in Delhi and its sheer cheating company. They did not provide any support and their goal is only to squeeze the money as fast as possible - and do not provide support to the value of money they collect. Its a sheer waste and at the end you everyone will feel betrayed. I know personally about the happenings in this cheating company in INDIA especially. Frankly, UK I have no idea - how they serve.

I recomment everyone who put in their hard earned money - Please think twice - we are not paid to complain about Global Visas as commented by someone in the above comments - its the betrayal and feeling of frustration and agony which makes us to write our comment. If anybody do not trust - please goahead and enjoy - and I am sure you will again get back here to same discussion to post your comments - and share your agony with the other people.

I dont have miracles and powers - and If I have - I will see to that the company extincts and burn to ashes - for cheating people and cheting their hard earned money.
IN the uk there is a law called unfair contract terms law 1977 which protects the consumer againt companies who intentionally put unfair terms in their contracts which are defavourable to the consumer. thats why people should sue them, FOR UNFAIR CONTRACT TERMS

To people who dont know where to complain and they I have an idea: why dont you contact the daily mail news paper in the United Kingdom, they can run a story about the scam that Global Visas are running. So why dont you write your complaint to newspaper reporters, they would love a good story to investigate. For all the people who dont know where to send their complaint I have put together the email addresses of Daily Mail reporters, just send your complaints to the following email addresses( you can mention in your complaints that Global Visas has unfair terms in the contracts they offer to their clients, terms trapping their customers into paying full fees but Global Visas having no obligations at all in case of bad advice given – they call it expertise- or in case they would delay your visa or not return calls and emails):
so keep on complaining to:

hello to i am writing in connection to a complaint against a company called Global Visas UK at the address of 28 Great Tower St London EC3R 5AT. I become a client of Global Visas in August 2010 for myself Ratan Singh Potiwal and my daughter Tamana Kareena Kaur Potiwal. We applied for the PIO for India when enquiring with Global Visas i was told that i was ok to apply for the PIO for India.
Global visas had taken the full payment from me for there management fees and the visas fees Global visas took a total of nearly £950 for there management fees for myself and my daughter. Once taken the full payment from me then they asked for my documents from me and my daughter they told me i was eligible for a PIO fir India because my wife was a Indian national. My case worker at the Time was Razim Patel when sending all my documents to him the file was passed on to the Indian High Commission In London from August to November 2010 it took over 3 moths for the high commission to refuse the case because my marriage was not registered at the time in india but Razim did know that my marriage was not registered but he told me that we will send the file any way they might accept or they might not.
so the Indian high Commission did not accept the file for me and my daughter they would not accept this until my marriage was registered in india. So i told global visas to return the file back to me they told me i could have this done in the india office once i got the marriage registered. I told them ok so they passed the file to the india office but before this i told them to i will like to cancel the case and for them to refund me the fees which i paid them i was told that once the fees are paid that they cannot be refunded because the work had been carried out even they knew the visas will not be issued because we never had a registered marriage in india.
Razim Patel told me because they will not refund because they did the 5 year multiple visa for me which they did not i went to london myself to give in the application for the multiple visa then went back 2 days later to collect the visas there is just no communication with this company and with its staff with there clients when i arrived in to New Delhi and i went to the office there they told me the same thing that they will send the file even though the marriage was not registered.
this company is deceiving all its customers and are not committing to what they are saying they will do from the welcome letter they send me here are a few points they state that they commit to its clients

Global Visas provide a detailed consultation on your case, this will take place once you become our client ( once they have taken the payment this is what they mean) We investigate your immigration history in detail to ensure we understand all possible area (they never did this then) as part of the consultation it is important to OBEY your case manager (what does this mean we must do as they say)
• So i am hoping that Trading Standards will be able to help me on this occasion all i ask is for my money back for the work they never actually done or if you can advice me please i have been waiting for Global Visas to get in touch with me for the last 5 months and nothing is happening i am thinking of going to the BBC watchdog to about this.
many thanks Ratan Singh Potiwal
