[Resolved] GMAC Financial Services India Ltd. — Vehicle Key and NOC not issued by the Company | |
We have been told that there are sum due (one installment) to them but they are not providing us any 'statement of account' (SOA) My clarification is that- i have provided GMAC PDCs (Post dated cheques) and all PDCs cleared from my Bank a/c no.CAOD14 of PNB,Rewa (m.p.) then how it is possible one installment remain due. i have come to know that GMAC migrated its Mannual system in computer based information sysytem during 2003-04 it may be possible that there are some mistake done during migration process in the system? Lot of people are facing problem with GMAC. They didnt issue any NOC before closing and many people are not able to sell their vehicles. If you have any soultion for the above problem pls help.
I availed a car loan in July 2004. All the post dated cheques had been cleared from my bank. Now I s0ld my vehicle. As I have to transfer the vehicle Kindly issue me an NOC at the earliest. My loan account is 1038784. Loan was availed from GMAC Financial services, Branch cohin. My name is K>Easwaran Nampoothiri. email id is [protected]@gmail.com
I regret having taken loan from GMACFS in 2001.I paid whole amount(agreement no 1004373, Delhi)by PDCs and loan expired in july 2006 but have yet to get NOC from your co against my car, inspite of nemerous reminders and notices.
It is a useless company with no customer care.Leave alone the redressel of my complaint, they have not even bothered to acknowledge my complaints.I am stuck with my old car which I cant sell without NOC, loosing money due to depreciation and maintenance of car.
I strongly recommend not to deal with this company in any way whatsoever,
