I am facing the same problem. The Godrej AC service is very poor.

i have purchased a new ac of 1.5 ton last year. from begining it has given me problems. it was running very slow with lot of sound and there was no cooling. i lodged many complaints with customer care and many time it was repaired by your mechanic but still my problems are far from over.
i am disgusted with the service of the ac and want that you should replace it immediately. i will be constrained to start legal action against you if the needful is not done immediately.

The Godrej AC after sales service is extremely poor. Had I known it is this bad, I would not have bought two ACs recently. Both have been giving out ice cold air and there is ice formation.I have booked complaint with the Company on 6th March 2010. regd number is 509699/700. No body came so far despite 4 phone calls made by us. The company is extremelt consumer un friendly.
