[Resolved] Godrej hi care — Extremely Poor Service | |||
I have pad for a full year pest control service to Godrej Hi Care on the 22nd of Feb this year, post which I was given 1 service. This service was not usefull as I started seeing cockroaches in the house within 10days. I called thier customer care on teh 17th of march with teh complaint and was told that I would recieve a call from thier service center soon. Since then I have called thier customer careatleast 5 times between the 17th of March and 20th of April in which time they have not called me back even ONCE to take care of the problem. When i asked to speak to the supervisor I was put in touch with a Ms Geeta who again re iterated that teh complaint had been forwarded and that i would get a call from teh servce center. Till now I have not recd any call. The customer care refuses to make me speak to Geeta again, they are unable to give me any e mail ids, or phone numbers of the service center and refuse to provide me any service or return my money. there is no way to get in touch with the organisation other than through theier customer care which is MOST UNHELPFUL. We got our first pest control (Intelligel-R-3-Generic) done in our apt some 12 days back. But there has been no improvement. We still find so many cockroaches roaming even on kitchen slabs, utensils etc and now they even find their way inside refrigerator. We have spoken so many times to their local
service centre, but they always tell us to wait for few more days.
Now we want our money back, Godrej pest control has been disastrous. Our neighbors have got some local company pest control done, and we find it so effective!

Godrej — hi
i recieved a microwave ove on 20 dec 2008 as a gift .since i do not know how to use it i would expect a personnel to give me a home demostration ... my address is as mr viraat jadhavsrilakshmi classic ..near noble hospital .. magarpatta ... pune my no is [protected]...pls do the needfull as early as possible ... thank you
