I HAVE PURCHASED ONE SPLIT AIRCONDITIONER IN THE MONTH OF APRIL 2008. AT THE END OF AUGUST IT IS NOT WORKING. I HAVE GIVEN A COMPLAINT IN GODREJ SERVICE STATION IN GUNTUR, ANDHRA PRADESH NAME CITY AIR CONDITION AND ITS PHONE NUMBER IS[protected] ON 02/09/2008AND COMPLAINT NUMBER IS 7264. hello sir...I have purchased godrej split air conditioner 1.5ton model no gsc19g1c which is purchased on 14 may 2007 from sri balaji electronics, kadiri, , Anantapur district, andhra pradesh ...it was working fine for the last 4years but stopped working since one year...regarding dis I have complained a number of times to the dealer and we have called number of times to customer care but there was no proper response. .at least they are not at all taking the complaint..Im fed up with the worst service and they are least bothered after the sale...im lodging a complaint as a last hope...when shown to a local service person he said that there is a circuit problem in it..I wish my problem could get it solved as soon as possible. .
