I Purchased My Godrej Refrigerator in August 2008, and in September figured an issue with regard to freezer door and registered a complaint #996736. After few calls a technician visited our place and confirmed that the door needs to be replace, After that no one turned up. After innumerous calls got a response that the stack is not present. But till date haven't done anything to get that replaced.
