I have taken AMC of my refrigerator from godrej co. On 14th May I have register my complaint that my fridge is not giving proper cooling. Godrej Refrigerator — complaint not attended
I had a lodged a service request at godrej smart care for Godrej refrigerator as it is under service and replace warranty. i had requested for the same to replace the freezer doors as it was problem still purchase time.We found very bad service from Godrej smart care since it has nearly four months to attend and comlete a simple call. they are never bother it to complete simply giving answers on phone that they will call back you, take on high priority, etc.

Godrej Refrigerator — Complaint not attended
I had a lodged a service request at godrej smart care for Godrej Frost free refrigerator as it is under service and replace warranty. Service warranty is for 10 yrs body rust and i had requested for the same to replace the doors as it was rusted.the godrej comapanies attendee from M/s Dolphin service had attended the call on dated 6th march 2010 and took Rs. 350 for replacing the rusted door and said to replace within week. but no one has come after that to replace the door from 6th march 2010. when we contact the godrej smart care they replied that parts are not availble in the stock.
