[Resolved]  Golden Enterprises — Ac service center cheating

My lg split ac had cooling problem, I called the lg service center([protected]) to get the contacts of local franchise golden ent company. The service person came diagnosed and said it is a dust problem cleaned and paid the cost it was by beginning of april. During the visit the representative insisted to have an amc but the cost was high so I declined. The problem continued, then again later the same company came with another solution, that asking me to change to cooling coil for a cost and said it will sort out all the problem. So the same repair was done at their service center and cost me another 4000/- And in the invoice they mentioned that I will give one year guarantee for the same. The problem was the same within 10days. I had to travel and came back by 20th may and called the company and asked me to register the complain again on 27th may with lg service center([protected]), until 3rd june the golden company neglected to attend in spite of my repeated calls to attend the complain. On 3rd a service person attended said, I have to change to external cooling unit for additional cost. Had I been advised properly I wouldn't have initiated to repair at first place. For the total cost I could have gone in for another unit. Then my friends said this is a scam for adding service cost which happens to many. I want the golden company to give in writing about the problem and their service but they bluntly refuse to do so. I can not take a second opinion from another service center to take any legal action. I feel that I am cheated by the so called service company. I am not getting any support from the call center as well.
Kindly intervene and do the justice for such cheating.

Hi, I bought an LG washing machine fully automatic 2 nos a year back, and recently got a problem in one of the LG washing machine (FA) and launched a complaint in LG Customer Support, and they gave me this Golden Enterprises numbers as they are LG authorized service persons. from the day 1 i am begging these service people to come and see what is the problem and finally got fed up and left making calls.

LG Customer Support is not at all supporting the customers, they should get rid of this kind of persons who spoils the brand name. and i have decided not to go for an LG product hereafter in future because the after sales service simply irritates.
