i completely agree that all his statements are true...even i have been cheated by this fraud company guestnet..i want my refund of my money.pls help me..no one is responding.. the persn who cheated me is Mrs.jaqulin, Mr.theodar.and basil louis.all these people are not attending their calls. the num of the leader basil louis is[protected].someone is picking the call pls take action on this fraud.

I joined the so called QuestNET Business 3 months back .
The business is based on MultiLevel marketing in which they sell their product which are said Mint Gold Coin. I ordered a gold watch and paid Rs.32, 660.00.
still now i didnt got any returns for my money just i got the product. I request you to bring up my case to them and get my money refunded.
I want to file a case againt them for the mental harassment I went thorough. Please let me know how I can do it.

My major problem started when i couldn't find my name or my husbands name in the quest online account. Hi im also a victim of this fraud. i purchased a gold coin through net on 9th feb 08. The mediators said that the coin will come in 45 days. but today is 16th may 08 almost 100 days over. but still i didnt get any coin or any refund. i really lossed alot bcoz of this quest net. dont join in this business.

plz remember that easy money is not good/safe money. by making our beloved friends and relatives as fools we have to do this business. its a stupid business.

Goldquest in India comming under money circulation act.It is achain bussiness with left and right expanding in conical shape.The top leadres like Puspha, Eswaran, Ferroskhan, Madhusudhanan, Murugesan etc have earned more than 100 crores by cheating Indian peoples.Police must prevent such MLM & Network bussinesses in the beggining itself.Police only entering after getting some complaints.These peoples are worst than Terrorists in Indian laundering Indian currencies with Honghong, Singapore based leaders.Police be alert and continue to investigate all such money laundering bussinesss

I had invested RS 28, 100 on 20/04/2007 on Bismillah Dollar on Questnetindia and to date I have not received any gainful returns on my investment from the Company. I want a refund of my investment.

My name is Balaji. M from chennai. I was working in BPO industry when I joined in this fraud business called Quest Net. I was compelled by my friend. I told not to join me in that but he and his senior name vinoth who made me mad and brain washed and sacked my money. I was told once if I joined itself I will start getting cheque. But once after I joined they started to say to gather people. Before explaining about the nature of business they started. Even they dont want me to ask question. They showed me their cheque at every time they call me for meeting. I usually refuse to go to their meeting but they force me to come for there meeting and try to convince me to listen what they are telling and finally they made me to put loan on a private bank and am Paying my EMI without any sense. Its my hard earned money. Now a days the person who joined me is not at all attending my call at all. Please help me to get my money back. I ordered these coins and paid Rs.22000 . They send ond box inside 2 coins one is small gold BE VEGETARIAN ONE IS SILVER BUT They are send any commissin payment cheque.
But they haven't delivered till date.
There is no option of cancelling order on their website which is the unique feature I saw in a shopping site.

I called their call centre many a times but they ask me to wait for some time and are not giving any concrete reply.
They are not cooperating after taking money from me.

I request you to bring up my case to them and get my money refunded.

I want to file a case againt them for the mental harassment I went thorough. Please let me know how I can do it.

I was also cheated by this company. I ordered for a gold watch for Rs.31, 000.
But they delivered me a gold coin and a silver coin. I did not take this very serious because, my higher levels said this is not a problem.
I got my friends for the presentation. that time my higher levels started lying to my friends that I have got two cheques.
That time only I realized the seriousness. When this issue was raised, I contacted my higher levels, they said this problem will get cleared soon and we can start off the business as well.
Also they said this problem is only win Chennai, so we shall start doing the business at the other states of our country.

I actually took loan from my office and joined this. Now this made me very depressive. Please help us to get our money back.
It is very painful to pay the EMI every month with no use. Please help us in any way.
One of my friend was also cheated by this company. She also took loan from office but she has not informed her parents about this. Now she is also suffering a lot for this.

I am not concerned with the goldquest or any. But I say you one thing. You all joined in that scheme knowing that you have to do some sort of business or work. If you dont do the business you will not receive your commissions. is it not ? While joining in that type of scheme do you dont know the rules ? Are you educated or uneducated person ? or a mad person ? You want to earn money lakhs and lakhs without your efforts by simply investing money ? How it is possible? Investing such huge amount without your consent ? Who Hipnotized you all ? It seems to be shame on your part ? Blaming other persons ? or the company ? If you earn lakhs and lakhs you will shut up your voice, If not you blame the company or persons who joined you. What a Selfishness. I am watching about the goldquest company in news papers and in TV. The inefficient persons like you should not join in such companies and cry like this and blaming some other persons. Companies in general are not fraud. They become Fraud and closed when the inefficient persons, selfish persons like you joined and making complaints against them or on the person who joined you. You stupid inefficient selfish persons - Don't cry. But at least from now on wards don't join in any company for pukkat earning and blame those companies.

Louise watch — Refund of money back

I have applied for Louis Watch order No-[protected] by Sodexo passes on 5 Nov 2008. I phone called so many times after the required period but sill didn’t receive the product till 20 Jan 2009 due to bad services.

On 20 Jan 2009 I have send a request for refund of money but still I didn’t receive the money. Required period 21 days also lapsed for refund of money. I think there was no action taken against this. And I am suffering because of your bad services. Already 2 months passed but no result.


Could you please advice when will I receive my money?
