[Resolved] Government Railway Police — Theft in train | |||
We boarded Korba - Allepey train on 03.11.2010 on way Chennai for Diwali. Next day morning (ie.,04.11.2010) as the train crossed Nagpur we noticed that our hand bag containing jewellery, mobile, cash etc were stolen (net worth around Rs.2.0 lacs). The issue was immediately brought to notice of TTE who assisted us in lodging a police complaint at next major stoppage, Balarshah. Copy attached. In spite of almost 1 month now, we are not aware of the progress of the case. GRP-Nagpur is not able to give us any clue about what is happening and always we get generalized reply quote - 'we will intimate once the material is recovered' - unquote. We are totally helpless. Atleast we deserve a responsible reply from our police about what action they have initiated and the progress thereupon. Was this information helpful? | |||

I was stuck in a railway crossing and in front of my car there was a van standing and when the traffic opened the van hit my car and broke the lights the traffic police saw that and came when we explained that he let the van go and started using a very bad language to my driver so when I came out of the car try to solve the problem the police stated abusing me to avoid trouble I just went from there.It did't happen one day it happens almost every day to many people .....................PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION WE CAN'T GO ON LIKE THIS...WE SERIOUSLY NEED HELP
