[Resolved] Govt of Karnataka — Border check post near GOA | |||
I brought 2 bottle cashew fenny from GOA and the FL shop in GOA given me a Slip mentioning Liqour permit for carrying alcohol to any states in India validity 10days Charges 10RS. I reched GOA Karnataka Border and a police man came inside the vehicle for searching and I handed over the paper to him He caught me and said its vaid only for Union territories and not for Karnataka and asked me to give 500RS I simply trashed the two bottles of fenny and and went back to the bus.. Even I was looted for carrying 2 bottles of Goa Fenny and cops where very abusive and loud. They asked me to pay rupees 5000 or they will book a case on my car.
Is that really fenny is not allowed and if it is not allowed what is the fine for that.I have to pay rupees 1200 to the cop.
Please let me know what is the procedure to take action against these cops.

Can you please tell me the exact place where this check point is there.Because same thing happened to me too, I am complaining to Karnataka police department on[protected] they were asking me the exact place and under which police station limits, so that they will take action.If any body knows this information pls let me know. The looters were making lot of money for their wife and children to have good futute.
One on the police man named Viswanath was leader of this using abusive languages.
