After the introduction of VAT in karnataka the Commissioner of commercial taxes have misinterpret the VAT act and refunded the collected tax to dealers. this resulted a heavy loss of govt revenue about more than R.s fifty thousand crores. The officers of commercial tax department have looted the public fund I have collected some imp information about this scam through RTI act.
