thank you for responding the mail. i appreciate the steps taken by directing the grace toyota to deliver the goods left at the time of delivery. take the example of number plate do they think that i can run the vehicle without plate for one year , secondly i got the smile package from some other dealer so the same from grace is not required as i am not prepared to send the vehicle to grace in future. The staff is not at all courteous , i had visited the premises twice and both the times it was observed, heated arguments were going with customers.
they had delivered the things only on the pressure of Toyota (i had been calling them several times for the smile pack and no.plate) every time a false promise was made.
Now i would like to know what corrective action has been taken that it is not repeated with other customers as few have the knowledge to fight for their rights. i had already purchased the smile pack
from some other dealer and getting the services done.the smile pack issued by grace is no more required
by me you are requested to get the money involved in total should be refunded.
So I request you to kindly compensate the monetary loss suffered or I have to sue a case for non delivering services even on payment.
