[Resolved]  Green City Infra — Fraud done by Green City builder and the builder is absconding

I have booked 1500 Sq Feet flat in Solitaire Green with Green city buliders. I have tried to contact the builders but unable to reach them. Joint action by the investors is the time of need. Yes, we too have suffered at the hands of this builder. Had booked land in Bhiwadi by paying Rs 200000 in Oct 2006. Since than they kept postponing the allotment giving one excuse or the other. Now the builder has vanished. Lets pool together and take joint action. There are a number of people who have suffered at the hands of these fraud people

I am also a victim of the Greencity, I had booked 2 plots in NRI city Bhiwadi project, but neither I was alotted the plot nor my money was efunded

I have invested 4, 00, 000 Rs. in NRI City, bhiwadi project but the Green City builder is absconding. Please let me know what action can be taken against them as its our hard earned money.
Please update me what we can do next.
