[Resolved] Greendust — Refund for product not shipped | |||
I Placed order after confirmation from green dust customer care team Jay Singh about free delivery at my pin code. Once i placed the order they told me that they don't deliver product in my location and started asking me extra delivery charges if i want delivery or else i have to pick up my product from their warehouse. When I asked for refund they are saying that I will not get my total refund. they will deduct 2% as payment gateway and DD Making charges + Courier Charges. I have called more than 50 times on there number but every time i got answer that your refund is under process and will take 30 days. Please help me to get my amount refunded.
