[Resolved]  Gtl Urja Aurangabad — faulty billing and irregular service...

I'm using the GTL URJA service for electricity for home, since November 2010 we found the faulty meter reading and excess bill, even though the bill generation is irregular, many times we found the errors in meter reading and amount of bill.. we have requested them to send bill on every month but they are failed. we people are facing this problems since 2 years..

kindly requesting to please look into this and verify the faults,

MY CONSUMER NO[protected], MY METER PREVIOUS READING IS-7720 & CURRENT READING -7720 MY BILL OF THIS MONTH SHOWS 74 UNIT CONSUMED .I DON'T KNOW HOW COSUMTION OF 74 UNIT.READING WAS DON'T TAKE PROPERLY.SO I WANT CORRECT BILL.PLEASE UPLOAD THE SAME.
my consumer no. is[protected]old no. 250 ). i have been receiving bills showing current reading as INACCS even though the meter is accessible.nobody comes to take the meter reading and the bill is sent without taking the current reading. some or the other person is always available for assisting gtl people to take the current reading, please instruct staff to take the current reading without giving false reasons. i receive sms to send meter reading by quoting BP no. pl explain what is BP mo.

In Gut No. 217 satara parisar was given connection in oct. 2012 We are using only 25 watt 1 bulb during night time. The units charg are 23, 100, 295 respectively from Oct. to Dec. 12. The meter no. on photo is 22812464 & for billing it is [protected]. Our consumption is very small and the billing is incorrect please correct the bill and send on line so that I can pay it urgently online.

In kachiwada chelipura there is regular power failure since last four days for nearly 5-6 hours I think gtl has started regular break down in our area.

Sir, My consumer no.is[protected]. I recieved bill for period 23/08/2013 to23/09/2013 just a moment.My use is @139 to156 units per month.Today I recieved bill for 230 units.Meter reading shown on bill is 7576 .Icheked todays Reading at this moment is 7638.It means The bill is given without taking actual reading.Approximately the 100 units are shown more than actul, ie.reading should be 7476.Also the reading photo is blank.From this it is clear that without observing reading the bill is given.pl look in to the matter &instruct to correct bill and send it to me with due period.I have track Record to pay bill within time. so pl correct the bill &send it.
