faulty billing and irregular service...
I'm using the GTL URJA service for electricity for home, since November 2010 we found the faulty meter reading and excess bill, even though the bill generation is irregular, many times we found the errors in meter reading and amount of bill.. we have requested them to send bill on every month but they are failed. we people are facing this problems since 2 years..
