SUB: TO REMOVE ILL LEGAL CONSTRUCTION INSIDE GUJARAT HOUSING BOARD ANAND NAGAR QUARTERS OPP.NILKANTH CINEMA - RAJKOT - 360 002 Dear Sir, We have complaint against ill legal construction inside your Gujarat housing board Anand Nagar quarters - rajkot. In this regards we had asked information through Right To Information and we received reply and G.H.B agreed that it is illegal since last 20 years.After that also they are not demolishing illegal construction due to this we along with other flate quarters holder are suffering lots of problem,pollution and mentally harassment. This man Mr. Mohanbhai Reside at (Anand Nagar, L-21/242, 24 LIG, OPP. Nilkanth Cinema - Rajkot) have given bribery to the relevant officer because of this they are not demolished the said construction. Mr. Mohanbhai has entered ill legally in Gujarat Housing Boards land and built upl 4 shop which he has given on rent since last 20 years and also using electricity and water illegally since last 20 years. My shop is very near to him so i am much suffered by him. So, Its my humble request you sir to help us and make us free from this person's mentally and physical harassment. We are also ready to go through legally procedure we tried already all legal procedure but i don't know why Rajkot Municipal Commissioner, Collector, Rajkot Gujarat Housing Board Estate Manager none of them are no taking any single action against this man. Respected Sir,
We have complaint against several ill legal constructions inside your Gujarat housing board, Block No. 41, Gopal Park, Gota-Ognaj road, Vasant Nagar Township, ahmedabad.
In this regards we would like to bring you kind notice that there is several illegal construction is going on in the all Block of Gopal Park. This is not the property and space of this resident owner but he have to make boundary wall and other illegal construction near it.
For such reason we all of them have to faced several problem and every day fight have been happened between two families.
Therefore we are requested you kindly look the matter immediately and take the necessary action or hard step against all of them which have to make illegal construction to near his house and if possible kindly sir visit personally and check the matter seriously.
If till you have not stopped it, than in future it will be make biggest problem to all of them.
So, It’s my humble request you sir to help us and make us free from this person's mentally and physical harassment.
