We have disbursed loan to Mr. Kanubhai Shrimali PA290747 to purchase house from GHB Unit No EWS/0/494 Hathijan Ahmedabad. Now the same customer has made default in repayment of loan. As per MOU signed between GHB and Gruh Finance, GHB will refund if total amount immediately to Gruh Finance in such cases. We have send first request for refund to GHB on 07/06/19, till date we have personally visited office of GhB for more than 20 times and 7 reminder letters has been send but no response found from GHB.
We are now fed up to make request again and again for the same refund. We expect quick response of our request if refund. Was this information helpful? |
