[Resolved]  Guru Krupa Gas Agency — Long Delay in providing new Gas connection

Hi,
I recently moved to Gurgaon (3 months back) and immediately after, applied for a new Gas connection with Guru Kripa gas agency in Sushant Lok (which is the only supplier for my area). I submitted my application in 2nd week of Jan and they said that withing 1.5 - 2 months, I'll get the connection. After approx 1.5 months, when I enquired, they said that within 1-2 weeks, the verification wlll take place. After the verification was done, I went to them and they said that verification guys have mentioned that I am in the possession of all the Gas supplies including one cylinder and Stove and I will have to talk to the manager Santosh to understand what needs to be done now. And from here onwards the endless process of making calls to this Mr. Santosh started. This guys seems to be the busiest person in the Gas supplying industry, who is only approachable over the phone and that too once in 10 trials. Whenever I got hold of him, I had to xplain that I got this cylinder from my father-in-law and I am ready to surrender the cylinder after I get the connection (Obviously after coming to know that I will get the connection only after 2 months from the date of filing the application, I wouldn't have done anything else, afterall everyone has to eat, right ?). Now this guy Santosh has been playing hide-n-seek with me and giving me speeches on illegal connections (Although everytime accepting the fact that I am a genuine consumer) and that he'll have to send my case to higher authorities and what not. Now it has been almost 4 months since I have applied for the connection and still there's no update and I am still forced to by cylinder in black from rickshaw wallas and local gas suppliers (I Still wonder if Mr. Santosh would know where do these guys get the Cylinders from). Please advise.
