I had purchased a printer (H.P. model no. F 2418) from M/S 20 Computer warehouse vide their invoice no 445 dated 21.11.2009. The printer is not working since the date of its installation. On complainning to dealer he told us their is no ink in printer and charged Rs 150 from me. But printer was still not working. Again I approached the dealer who again charged Rs. 500. But printer has not worked.
I called the HP helpline and got the address of service center. On approaching the service center M/S Redigton India Ltd. S.C. O. 5, Ist floor, sector 20 D, Chandigarh,
he asked me either to pay Rs. 1800 as repair charges otherwise contact the dealer.
I again approached dealer but he refused to repair it or replace it.
I had contacted HP helpline, service center. dealer but no body is caring to help me out. Even I could not get a single copy printed since I purchased the printer.

HP Computer — supplied defective
I had purchased HP computer 1516 Pavilion from the co. directly and they had courier it from Bangalore office. The PC & monitor M-705 gone out of order and giving shaby colours immediately on receipt of computer. From the date of purchase I had made several complaints but it seems that the management is not interested to repair / replace it as the sub-ordinates are feeding wrong information to the management. A complaint was also sent to the Chairman, HP at their Bangalore office. He has also shown his unability and it seems that he has also thorwn my complaint in the waste paper basket. If I contact Mr. Ganesh Parshad, of their Delhi office he always said that the parts are not available and keep the complaint pending.
