Dear Team,
My air-conditioner was picked up by an authorised service agent of Haier India, Kolkata (Cool Point)on 9th of March, 2011. Post that we (including my family members) have called up the customer service help line no's around 4 times (KOL[protected], KOL[protected] and every time we have been given assurances that the team would revert immediately. But all of those were false commitments. To my surprise the service agents are also so rude that they don't hesitate to disconnect a customers call and on my point of escalating the matter to a consumer forum they feel very proud in saying that now the machine will be delivered only after me serving a notice from the consumer forum.
The whole episode has changed my entire image of a global company like Haier. I am sorry to mention but there is nothing called customer service in Haier-India. I have been left without my air-conditioner since last one month and with no response from the company's side.
My sincere request to you all is please resolve my complain.
