My IN-GAURANTEE LCD has broken down due to a defect in some part called power supply. Its been 10 days that i have been continously trying to speak to Haier for repair but no result. As per their conversation the part will take 5 days to arrive fro their factory in some other city. I have been waiting for 12 days already and status today is still 5 more days. I had written to their customer help line but no response. Company generic id also is mum on same. Brand if it can be called has no courtsey to even write back give me correct status.
If you are planning to go for Haier its a BIG NO NO from my side. There is no concept like after sales services and customer care. Third grade back end supply chain. Was this information helpful? |
