Haier India Ltd. / Window AC — Most Pathetic service ever | |||
Just one more complaint gainst a deaf & dumb company, " Haier". The most pathetic service one can ever imagine, I bought a Haier AC 3 years back for approx. 17000, since then I have invested 11000 more into it, just expecting each time (For repairing only), that it should be the last one. 5 time the gas filling has happened, coil has been changed, and now compressor is also going to be changed. Moreover, this company has so much of the attitude that they care the least about you and your issue. I feel like totally harassed today by this company.....No more words to say, but just a suggestion, pleeeeeease don't ever buy any Haier product, otherwise these gyus will ensure that you literally start ****** one day.. I have Annual maintenance contract with Haier for window AC. I just called Haier customer service for the 4th time to inquire about whatever happened to my service request and the guy who answered "Nagendra" didn't even speak proper english and even disconnected the call when I was trying to understand what he was saying. When I called them again and asked him to connect me to his senior, the ring went on, nobody responded and it eventually got disconnected.
This is one of the worst customer service experience that I have got. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, the customer care creates new ones.
