I purchase haier mobile 5000 from july, 08 and till now I've sumitted my mobile 5 to7 time to service center but till now my mob. is not ok still it also submitted to service center from 2feb., 09 he give me my mob. to 12feb. and say now your mob. is ok and when i face that particular problem and i agine went to the service center then he told to phir aapko doobara jama karvana padega . so still my mobile sumitted to service center .

I agree they give pathetic service and the product is also not to the mark... I have also suffered and gone through this trauma...I hope their license gets forfeited for harrassing such an old lady... The companies like this should be taken to the court.

i also am experiencing same type of problem, on giving repeated calls also they never bother to send a mail or call me and the inexperienced technicians have opened all my washing machine parts and left them unrepaired.My complaint has been lodged 3 months back and the number is [protected], the concerned people are so irresponsible, we also lodged complaint through their portal. No reply from them so far.. i advice all the people not to buy any haier product because of their poor customer care and inefficient technicians and senior officials.

I agree the service is pathetic there. I would suggest raising your complaints on the haier's main office[protected].
Cant really say how much would that help but atleast you can bring it to the notice of haier management on how bad the service is for their products.

Product description and terms & Conditions of sale:
I purchased the Haier Washing machine Model-XQB60-78 quantity 1 on[protected] vide bill no. 71269 from company authorised dealer M/S Key Dee Electronics Pvt. Ltd, 1B-1, Main Dadri Road, Sector-18, Noida for Rs. 17000/-
The serial Number of the washing machine is CC58J0047
The machine was covered under warranty from manufacturing defects as per terms & conditions of the same.
I got extended warranty for additional three years from the company M/S Haier Appliances (India) P Ltd by paying additional charges of Rs. 950/- under extended warranty certificate no. 02 dated:[protected]. The certificate of extended warranty support was issued by Haier Customer Care- M/S Shiva Enterprises Noida.
The manufacturer has the same responsibility towards the product as it has in the case of original warranty.
Compliant:
The product of the said description is not giving the satisfactory performance / results; this can be verified from number of complaints submitted to your record.
From the date I purchase this machine, I faced the following performance deficiency in the product:
(a) Machine never washed the cloth cleanly.
(b) Detergent always left in the cloth even machine finish its process. Many times we have to rinse the cloth manually
(c) Electronic Penal gone faulty within one year of the purchase of machine
(d) Pulsators had gone faulty due to which many of our expensive cloth were damaged /spoiled.
(e) Automatic process of the machine does not flush the mud completely and mud rests at down side the pulsator. Mud comes back to the tub when we use the machine duty to which all mud stick to the cloth and they get spoiled.
(f) Spinning got stuck on reasonable intervals.
(g) Recently we got to know from technician that dumping clutch of the machine gone faulty but no action has been taken to replace it as the part is not available in inventory for long-time.
With the above set of complaint or performance deficiency in the machine it appears that the above product was faulty from the beginning and do not meet the implied quality standards of the company, which a customer expects from a branded product like HAIER and other similar companies LG, Samsung etc. Due to its manufacturing defects, it started created problem one by one with the life span of just three years, whereas standard washing machines the other manufacturer has trouble free performance at-least in first there years.
The product from the beginning was having manufacturing defects and not meeting the quality standards, thereby machine having manufacturing defects discovered and evident with facts above need immediate replacement.
We request to senior level position of the company to the corrective action immediately.

My experience with Haier is very bad. I suggest to not purchase any product of Haier as it's after sell service is not good.

Haier mobile service Center in Gurgaon---- Old Delhi road near saraswati hospital, Evergreen Enterprises III Floor.

But it is of no use its better you repair ur mobile from outside shops in market.

Service centers are making fool o[censored]s even they don't know whats the actual problem is in cell, they just ask you to wait for a week and after a week they agin told u same one excuse.

So its better u repair ur cell outside.

Haier Mobile — sevice center has changed the original parts

i have purchase haier mb on dated 11th may, 09 and after 15 days it was dead.then i given my mb to their authoriezed service center, and they have changed their original parts.after 1 week my mb again become dead.so again i given it to sevice center.then i came to know that my mb mb original parts has been changed becoz they are not providing me gaurentee, sir i 2 months max time my mb has been dead, its clearly indicates there are some manufaucturing defecet or very cheap quality product.company are providing 1 year gaurentee, sir how many time i will go for repairing, and after 1 year i will do.so company will change my handset.

I have purchased a HAIER mobile Z1000 on 18/08/2008.I was given a warranty of 1 year. Since then I am continuously facing some technical problem with this model. I filed my complaint for my HAIER fully automatic washing machine XQB55 bought from KAY DEE AUDIOVISIONS on 5.11.05 vide receipt no.7042.on 30 May 2009, my complaint no. being[protected].The problem was that it was making a lot of noise. The washing machine was taken on 10 May and returned on 12 may and the problem persisted. Reminders were made again on 15 &16 June at the number
[protected].Talked to some Baljit who provided no of Mr. Ashwani [protected] o[censored]nited Home Care. He in turn provided no of Mr. Nagesh Kaushik [protected]. I talked to him on June16 and he promised to get it done by 17 June 09.It was NOT done. No one came. I talked to Mr. Nagesh Kaushik on 18 June and he said that it would be done positively within 2 days.Sure enough the part was replaced on 19 June BUT the washing machine was NOT WORKING properly. I complained yet again on 20 June 09 and I was promised that the fault would be rectified by 22 June but again the asme story. NO ONE CAME. I called again at
[protected] and was given Mr. Sudesh's no.[protected]. He told he would get it done on 23 June. Finally on 24 June a technician came and made some adjustments. BUT the same story yet again. The machine now had stopped draining the water and showed E 1 on the display panel.Well, complained one more time on 27 June.to Gaurav on no. [protected]. The technician came the same day and said it would be done by 29 June. I am still waiting for the fault to be rectified.
Let me bring to your notice that I talked to Mr. Sudesh no. [protected] today and he said " jab aapne complaint kar di hai to ab hum kya karein."
Now my queries are
1. Who pays for the unlimited calls that I have made over a periopd of one month?
2.What about the mental harassment that I have been going through ?
3.Do you have any competent staff member who can rectify the fault?
4.Do not make tall and false promises about the excellent after sales services.
Hoping that the Haier people would wake up from their slumber and waiting for a quick action.

no one didn't respond our compliant After we tried several times they send one person to
check the washing machine but that guy told i have to take to the company and check it
we aggreed and send to the company after they took the washing machine

I did a support request for my washing machine(Front loading - model no HN600X) to your support support on 24th August, 2009. My complain number is 191399. 25th August one of your service engineer visited my place. According to him the motor and a timing switch need to be replaced. The motor is under is under warranty (i did the purchase on 9th November 2004). He told me it will take 1-2 weeks to get the motor from Haier some other location. After that my nightmare starts, no information from Haier about the motor. Whenever i contacted your customer support i will get a same kind of reply("We are looking into your issue with topmost urgency and issue will solved with in 2-3 days).
At last i got a Bangalore Service in charge contact number, He is keep on telling me that they will get motor with in 3-4 days time. But nothing as happened till now. Looks like there is no proper customer support nor any follow-up from Haier. Now i am planning to move to consumer forum to get some justice.

i had purchased a haier semi automatic washing machine on 21/6/08(in voice no.TC/CM/02887/08-09 in the name of mrs rina bothra from great eastern technocity,kolkata).it stopped working from 26/10/09.i had lodged a complaint for the same on that very day. my complaint no.is KOL[protected].after repeated complaints and misbehavior ,my machine (haier xpb 65-114s/6.5 semi) was picked up for repair on 6/11/09 and i was promised that it would take at the most 7 days to return back.it's more than a month now and they are postponing the delivery stating a variety of baseless reasons eg.shortage of staff,or the machine is under observation etc.i want to know for how long they will observe the machine.the staff involved in this mess are mr. tuhin and mr. saibal. their contact no. is[protected]haier service centre). i am living in a joint family and washing clothes by hand is not possible as staff is also applicable here.since my machine is in warranty either it should be replaced at the earliest if it cannot be repaired.an earliest and stern action would be appretiated.

I registered my complaint for my HAIER semi automatic washing machine model no. XPB 65-113 S (5 Years Warranty) bought from CHELLAMANI & CO., AMBATTUR, CHENNAI-600053 on 23.08.2008 vide receipt no.VAT/0809/2128.on 23.08.2008, my complaint no. bearing[protected] DATED 06.09.2010 registered by Tr.Venkatesh. The problem was that DRYER DRUM, INLET, OUTLET PIPES AND DUST POUCH WERE BROKEN INTO PIECES, Two days later, service engineer Mr.Annamalai came and checked the machine and told it will take 3 days to change the broken parts. When I called after three days, he said, he has resigned the job. I again called customer care and they gave a telephone no. which was not working. Then, I contacted CHELLAMANI & CO., AMBATTUR, CHENNAI-600053 where I bought it. They gave me a mobile no.[protected]. When I called the no., he replied that he would call me after checking the complaint. As he did not call me, I contacted him the next day. He said, dryer is out of stock So, he asked me to contact his Manager mobile no.[protected]. When I called him, he said, he will check and call me. He has also not responded. The next day on 30.09.2010, I called him, then, he gave the phone to one lady. She in turn asked me to call after two days as dryer is out of stock.

I do not know when will the stock come and the problem be solved. Now, the machine is totally in damaged condition and not working as the DRYER DRUM, INLET, OUTLET PIPES AND DUST POUCH WERE BROKEN IN TO PIECES,

Now, It got 24 days since I made the complaint and the mental agony that I was put through is unexplainable.

Now, let me ask,

1. Who pays for the unlimited calls that I have made over a period of one month?
2. What about the mental harassment that I have been going through ?
3. Do you have any competent staff member who can rectify the fault?
4. Do not make tall and false promises about the excellent service after sales.
5. Who will bear the cost if it is not replaced?

If any Employee from Hier is reading this , please do justice to your company 'Hier India ', so that it exists. Here are some of my pains that i wanted to share with you. My complaint was launched on 31st December and every day when i call they say that - The engineer will come by evening.... fooling Customers.They gave me a Number of Shridhar which was not reachable ... I think if the company cannot support then they should not sell the product.Please understand that it is the Customers who makes Brands as well as Break Brands.This is a rediculous service and a Great Case study of False Promises to Customers.

They gave me two numbers[protected] / [protected]. which is switched off and not reachable.. What Kind of Service is this. If Professional Organizations like 'Hier ' starts behaving then it may even effect the Korean products in India. People will hesitate to buy such products as there is no service available after sales.

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your kind notice sheer inefficiency and customer harassment caused by the so called "Customer Care Department" of Haier Appliances (India) Pvt Ltd. We received Haier semi auto washing machine as a wedding gift in the month of July’05, but it was put to use for the first time in the month of October 07. Since the time we've started using this machine this is giving some or the other kind of trouble. In the initial usage only, the wash timer of the machine went out of order. The first complaint was lodged by us in the month of October same year itself and the engineer visited us on (20/10/07) and took his service charge of Rs.225 vide receipt no JN 389308, but he could not remove the fault at that time. After that with constant follow up with them, finally they turned up on 19/11/07 and changed the wash timer by charging Rs. 650 from us. The visiting engineer also sold us the AMC of the company for Rs. 702 for a period of one year effective from 15/01/08 to 14/01/09 vide receipt no 39384, the AMC no being 431578. Since then only some or the other technical problem keeps coming in the machine. Presently also the machine is out of order and the spin tub of the machine is not working and my father Sh. M.L.Sharma, has been lodging complaints regular for past more than 2.5 months but their engineers have no time to bother about the same and also as explained to us again and again by the customer care department, the part to be replaced in the machine is not available with the company at the moment. NO RESOLUTION TILL DATE. THE COMPLAINT IS STILL NOT ATTENDED.
This is after the fact that the machine is under AMC which started on 15/01/08 vide AMC no 431578 and is valid till 14/01/09. Out of the AMC period of 1 year, 3 months have been wasted by the company in attending just one complaint.

From the no of complaints mentioned above, you can yourself assess that the machine was a defective piece ab-initio, which the company did not bother to replace or to find some permanent solution to that. To make the matter worse, their so called "Customer Care Department" is in fact "Customer Harassment Department" where complaints go in deaf ears and employees in that department are so careless that every time we lodged any complaint it took more than a month's time for resolution. And in the recent case mentioned above, its already more than 2.5 months, but there is no resolution from the side of the company to attend the problem.

Sir, I request you to help me find out a permanent solution for this problem and to take some RIGID ACTION against Haier Appliances which is spending a lot of money on advertising and fooling the customers and not even a single penny on providing post sales services.

The body lock that fastens the battery of my Haier Z701S mobile got broken. I contacted the Authorised Service Centre of Haier Mobiles, M/s Bhagwati Computers Craft, E-58, Ground Floor, Guru Nanakpura, Jail Road, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-58, for the replacement of broken lock. Since they did not have the said spare of this model, they spoke to their head office about the matter. They were told that the body lock per se is not available and hence the entire body shell of the mobile needed to be changed. I enquired about the cost of replacement of entire body shell of Haier Z701S but they just could not tell me. Later after lots of persuasion and repeated requests the authorised service centre, assured me that the rate and availability of body lock or body shell, shall be intimated to me in a couple of days. But it's been a week since then and I have yet to hear from them.
It may not be out of place to mention here that I had gone to Delhi all the way from my home town, Jammu, J&K exclusively for getting my mobile repaired.
Kindly look into the matter and help me refurbish my mobile at the earliest on one hand, besides preventing the fair image of Haier Mobile Service Centres from getting tarnished, on the other.

Haier / Refrigerated — frig not working since last more than one month

I had purchased one refrigerater, model no 241GE, sl.no.806LPX000262 of Haier make from aarifi & Co, 47-15-11, station road, next to Canara Bank, Dwarakanagar, Visakhapatnam-530016 vide invoice no.353 dt 19.08.2008. the frig went out of order on 16.04.2009 and a complaint was lodged with the service center office of Haier company in vishakhapatnam. after much pursuance one mr.jwala, the mechanic, came to see my frig on 20.05.2009 and after through examination he told that the frig had to be taken to the workshop for changing the compresser. till 28.04.2009 there was no response from the company. again after much pursuance, the frig was at last taken to the workshop on 28.05.2009 with an understanding that the frig would be delivered back, duly repaired, after one week. but unfortunately there was no response from the company people even after 15days. when enquired, they told that the frig was repaired but was kept under constant observation.
Again after a lot of pursuance the frig was delivered on the night of 16.05.2009. but to my utter surprise it was found even after repair, that there was no cooling effect in the frig. immediately when i gave a complaint to the company, mr.jwala, the mechanic, came again on 19.05.2009 to inspect. this time he told that there was some problem in gas and he added that he would come on the next day with kit etc., and repair the frig in my residence itself. unfortunately, till today ie., 21.05.2009 nobody came to repair. under the cicumstnces i am costrained to write this email so that requisite steps would be taken at appropriate levels to quicken the action of the people working in the service center at visakhapatnam. i think the people at appropriate levels in the company would try to nderstand the pains and inconvenience caused to a bonafide customer of haier company due to nonavailablity of refrigerater in this hot summer for more than a month. hoping an early action.

Window AC (Haier Appliances) — Faulty AC delivered by Haier Appliances (Deep Electronics)

Hi,

I am a pissed off customer of Haier Appliances.We bought a brand New Haier Appliances AC which we discovered was faulty. Entire kit of the AC was old and was welded at several places.
 
It was a fault either at Haier Appliances or at the Dealer end (Deep Electronics), Prem Nagar (opposite Tilak Nagar) due to which a customer is facing sleepless nights in this burning summers.

We lodged the complaint in their Customer care cell after which there was a tecnician visit who acknowledged that the kit supplied in the brand new AC was a refurbished one and needs to be changed. This was the only reason of the gas leakage.

Then he lifted the AC from my house to repair it at their service center. After repeated followups they retured with the same AC with the same old refurbished kit in it. I didn't let them reinstall this faulty set.
 
There were lot of health related problems due to this. We bought this AC for comfort in summers but this has caused a lot of discomfort. There has been a lot of wrong commitments by the professionals in Haier Appliances. We have spoken to many people at their service center.

I have purchased a HAIER mobile Z1 on 18/08/2008.I was given a warranty of 1 year. Since then I am continuously facing some technical problem with this model. It either gets automatically switched off or the software gets hanged. I visited your authorized service centre ACTVE INFOTECH (CODE:2001570) and got my mobile repaired thrice on 10/11/08 (receipt no:HA[protected], 28/01/2009 (receipt no: HA[protected] and 15/05/2009(receipt no: HA[protected]
Even after subsequent repair works I am still facing above problem. Your kind intervention to get my problem solved would be highly appreciated. I am not getting any good response from above service center or from customer care center.

Haier - AC - Lea03 — No reponse for complaint/repair

I have purchased an 1.5 Ton Haier AC from local dealer at E.G.Dist on Apr 26th, 2009. Within almost a month the cooling of AC ceased. Therefore i made a complaint to Haier support through their corporate website, but as i did not get response i called up their customer care center and demanded for complaint number on Jun 25th, 2009. From this date i have been continuosly calling the service center for which the reply was that they will be attending the problem soon. Its been 3 weeks and had to bear the hot summer due to lack and deaf reponse from the company service dept. Its unfortunate that the company has not realised that, public purchases AC to keep themselves protected from scorching summer temp and not attending the problem when required makes their product useless to use. As of today the problem was still not attended. Somebody pls tell me whom to approach for a legal action on the firm.

Haier is such an unethical company, thier service is very bad(I don't have words to describe how bad they are in service), I bought a Window AC (My 1st mistake), HW12DX, I lost its grill in shifting from one place to other that was my 2nd mistake as Haier ppl(Tarun Saxena from delhi service centre) says, why you lost it even if i'm ready to pay for grill, My complaint is pending from 19th April 2009, I'm regularly following them for status, They are not denying that they cant provide me the grill of AC, as they cannot deny for service of their own product. But now i think its impossible for them to produce its part. Finally i've realized that, never ever buy Haier product, though its little cheaper, but in the end you will realize, service costs a lot.

SO NEVER BUY HAIER PRODUCT, THEY WON'T PROVIDE ANY SERVICE.

I had purchased a color T.V some time back, subsequently i had a problem with it and it went dead .with great difficulty i managed to get the contact number of the local service center from pune and made a complaint to the CSM, The Technician arrived and got the T.V working temporarily and within a week the T.V was dead again, i repeated the same process all over again, however this time i got the Hair manager, pune, involved .after about a dozen call a technician arrived and temporarily repaired it and promised to return soon . as of today There is no sign of the technician or the local manager Mr shakeel M. No.[protected] and neither the Haier manager Mr Jain M .No.[protected] .They refuse to pick up the phone or reply to SMS's, I have also made a complaint on the official website and not received any response.this entier process has taken well over 2 months and the complain is still pending.Is the company still around then hoe do we get this issue sorted out.

Haier Appliances India P. Ltd. — SEMI AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE

we purchased a semi automatic machine on 16.7.06. since then it has not worked properly. You have changed in warranty motor of spin tub -three times and motor of wash tub and capacitor once. your engineers have visited saveral times but have not been able to solve the problems. What remains in a washing machine if both motors of the machine are changed and that too saveral times. its shocking. My last complaint no 213767 has remain unattended since 29.9.09.

Is this a rocket technology which cannot besolved by your so called engineers. I definitely feel now that you have given us a defective piece. Please take this as a notice to why i should not ask for a replacement of machine with compensation for mental harassment.

Hope you would act fast to avoid litigation in some consumer forum.

Haier Applicances India (Pvt) Ltd. / Refrigerator — Annual Maintenance Contract

I own a HRF688 side by side refrigerator of Haier. It stopped working and I complained to the customer care on 7th October,2009 vide the complaint No. 219334. I was contacted by one Amit from customer care informing me about the visit of a technician tomy house. Amit suggested that I should avail the company's AMC fortwo years and it will cost Rs. 9500. When the technician named Manjit visited my house, I paid him Rs. 9500 towards the AMC, he said the customer care will call me to confirm the AMC and the defedctive part will be replaced. When no body turned up, I made another complaint. After few deays one Rishi from Haier came to investigate and told me that the person who collected the amount towards AMC was a fraud and they have received many such comlplaints before. Haier does not provide AMC for two years. The part was replaced and they did not charge for the part.

While the replaced part was costing Rs. 4500, Haier has washed their hands by saying they cannot do any beyond this and are not accountable for the balance amount I paid and they are not willing to provide me the AMC.

End of the day, I felt cheated. Is it not the responsibility of the company to curb such frauds from cheating innocent customers?

I was lodged complaint in Tonk Road service centre .Regarding My Haier C3000 Cdma Mobile Phone Lock. Haier Mobile — not resposed by company

my mobile is not working.
In warranty period , I repaired it from service centre .But it isn't working.

i bought a HAIER CDMA handset model no. C 2030 in september[ 20/09/2009].I am sick of their service partner's response and their services.they are harassing me with their non-professional attitude.i bought this handset 3 months back and since then i have a problem that my caller could not hear my voice though i could hear them clearly.I have deposited my handset for 4 times,but they return me with the existing problem again and again.This time they are keeping my phone since November 22,2009 and are not returning me saying that it's spare parts are not available.is that my problem?they asked me to wait for 15-20 days long time for repairs on 4th occassion,but are not giving me the handset.please help me. Haier / Microwave Oven — Company refused to service my Oven

I have a Microwave oven from Haier company. It is out of warantee now. In November, it's door lock got broken. I tried to get it serviced from local shop first. However, they told me that it is very difficult to get Haier spare parts & therefore, I should contact the company for service.

Accordingly, I raised a complaint in November end for this. Company representative visited my house & checked the problem. He told me that he will come back to me with the lock within 8-10 days.

After that, I have been regularly following with them for last three months, without any results.

Today, I called up the Customer Service again & to my shock, the lady told me that they cannot send the Company person to my place for such a minor problem & that I should get it repaired locally.

I tried to explain her that I agreed to pay for the visit charges & the only reason I am coming to company is because the spares are not available locally.

Even then, she insisted that the person will not visit, neither the spare could be given.

In my opinion, their service & response is very poor & therefore, new buyers should be careful before buying any products from them.

It is regardless to say that I will not buy anything from them here on.

very bad customer service is being offered by haier. From past 2 weeks im trying to purchase the glass plate for my microwave from the service centre. In the first place when i bought this it was not available. hence i tries to purchase it. i was even paying for this. initially when i got in touch with then after 7 days they had sent their executive with the wrong glass plate. The executive then told me he will come back after 2-3 days. In this case also i kept calling the service centre to ensure that they were sending someone with glass plate. With it the oven is not useful for me.
i was told i will receive it in 2 days. now when im trying to call them they are not picking up the phone

We are TATA Prepaid distubutor( recently joined) and last 4 months we have sold 150 pieces
of 301R ,Out of that some are having software problems,somes chargers are not working,sound is not proper .
also some are have old model handset for that TATA'S new sim cards are not suitable ,so need to install new software.
and such type compaint we have to carry these mobles around 70-80kms.where we know service centers.

if you give us service centers for my teritory then it is useful to all near to my town.kindly provide me procedure to get service center.

I have haier set no is c2076 i would like to inform u that there was some problem in the phone the outgoing is not working i went to service center (ug-7d.jaina tower-1 near district center janank puri delhi-110058) he says (Mr prakash) that we will give u after 7-10 days then i says ok u can give me.
But after 10 days when i called to mr prakash then he said to me that u r set is not ok and i said when will it ok he said i donn't know when com. send u r mobile accessery then . After that he misbehave with me i does't know how to talk with custumer, In future i will not give adv to purchase haier prod.
Pls do something because still my cell phone is there otherwise i have to go in the consumer court

Haier / Air Conditioner — negligence

We are the users of a Haier AC which has been given us problems for the last one and half years. The company does not respond to any queries in this regard. While the problem is probably a manufacturing defect, all the company does is to refil the gas.

Hair AC 1.5 ton is the worst product which I also have..my money is a total waste

My experience has been similar. The company is not bothered about the customer's complaints.
What is more disturbing is thatg the distributors do not take any initiative to attent to the customers complaints and refuse to disclose the full address of the management of the comapny

most useless buy, no after sales service, my refrigerator worked only for a year and after that every 3 months i have had a problem and they have changed most of the important and expensive parts.planning to sue the company now and go to the cosumer court.
