[Resolved]  Haier Mobile — about service center

dear sir,
i am having HC-C5000 which is a cdma set right now it is not functioning as a msg is displayed fs_public.c00257 on it. it is still in guarntee period how can i overcome with this problem pls take attention towards this problem i will be very thankfull for you

I was opened a new SBI account last year( at-Niali state bank, niali, cuttack, orissa)), but i can't recieve my ATM card. I also complain two times SBI customer care but there is no responce. I deposite ATM form two times(dec.2008 & Jun. 2009).

Pls. do needful action against Niali State Bank.

I have a Haier mobile too.

The mobile is simply not worth buying.Keeps witching off anf hanging.

Moreover, their service center executives are just the WORST of all.

No one attended to my problem.
this was my first haier mobile, n trust me I will never buy any HAIER appliance ever in my lifetime.
just say NO to Haier

Haier / Colour T. V. — Worest Services ever under warranty .

I had purchased a color T.V some time back, subsequently i had a problem with it and it went dead .with great difficulty i managed to get the contact number of the local service center from pune and made a complaint to the CSM, The Technician arrived and got the T.V working temporarily and within a week the T.V was dead again, i repeated the same process all over again, however this time i got the Hair manager, pune, involved .after about a dozen call a technician arrived and temporarily repaired it and promised to return soon . as of today There is no sign of the technician or the local manager Mr shakeel M. No.[protected] and neither the Haier manager Mr Jain M .No.[protected] .They refuse to pick up the phone or reply to SMS's, I have also made a complaint on the official website and not received any response.this entier process has taken well over 2 months and the complain is still pending.Is the company still around then hoe do we get this issue sorted out.

Haier Washaing Machine — Not Attending Complaints

W/M-XQB-55-10H MACHINE NOT WORKING. COMPLAINT ON 22/08/09, Number. [protected]. TILL DATE THE MACHINE IS NOT REPAIRED.inspite of repeated calls to Mr Tarun,(mobile no. [protected]) Service incharge.On 18/9/09 one mechanic of your company visited and kept the required spare part, stating it take time he will come the next day and repair the machine. Till date no one has come to repair the machine. I request Mr. Tarun (service incharge) to arrange a standby machine further my machine is not repaired. He ststaway refused my request.
The ordeal I have faced in the last one month cannot be described. If no redressal is done at the earliest I would be forced to go to the CONSUMER COURT.
Kindly accord priority.

Haier Appliances India P. Ltd. — SEMI AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE

we purchased a semi automatic machine on 16.7.06. since then it has not worked properly. You have changed in warranty motor of spin tub -three times and motor of wash tub and capacitor once. your engineers have visited saveral times but have not been able to solve the problems. What remains in a washing machine if both motors of the machine are changed and that too saveral times. its shocking. My last complaint no 213767 has remain unattended since 29.9.09.

Is this a rocket technology which cannot besolved by your so called engineers. I definitely feel now that you have given us a defective piece. Please take this as a notice to why i should not ask for a replacement of machine with compensation for mental harassment.

Hope you would act fast to avoid litigation in some consumer forum.

Haier C3010 Handset — Service Center is taking very large time to respond

I am Rahul Taneja.I have bought a Haier C3010 Hand Set from JHANSI last year. Now I have a display problem & i gave it to JHANSI service center on 10-09-09. They said that they will return it to me after 15 days but they did not do so. Till now I haven't get my Hand Set ,they give me the reason that they dont have Mobile parts etc which is required.Now what should I do, & what can you do.Why they promised me if they couldn't do so. I am facing this problem second time thats why I am complaining you.

i m here for the complaint of a service center which is SAI MOBILE at laxmi nagar, DELHI.
i gave my mobile model no. HAIER C6000 for the service there but they did not pay any attention towards this n returned my mobile as it is. i gave my mobile there for five times but they do the same.
so i kindly request u to please look into the matter seriously as m in big trouble.
