I bought a washing machine from Kay Dee Electronics 1B-1, Sector-18, Main Dadri Road, Noida- 201301.
It is a HAIER washing machine-XQB55-10.
I paid the full amount to them and at the time of purchasing I told them not to deliver me the washing machine from the display as it had a lot of scratches.
But the deliberately delivered me the same washing machine.
When I complained them back, they told me that after the engineer's visit, they will replace it back.
The engineer visited and I wrote on his remarks sheet that, this washing machine has a lot of scratches and I want a replacement.
Then I called the dealer and he told me that he will talk to the HAIER office for the replacement.
The the HAIER guys called me and told me that they will replace the upper body i.e the lid of the washing machine, but they can't do anything about the other parts which are scratched.
Then I again called the Dealer for the replacement and they told me that they will talk to the HAIER.

Since today I do not see any trustful reply from the dealer.
I am fed up with this nonsense.
I work in HCL Technologies and because of this problem I am not able to concentrate as it is creating a mental disturbance.
What should I do?
