I HAD PURCHASED A WASHING MACHINE ON 03/08/06 (HAIER, MODEL NO- HA600T) AND HAD TAKEN EXTENDED WARRENTY AND AMC ON 02/08/08 FOR 5 YEARS (FORM NO- 001960, CHARGES RS 3479/-). RECENTLY @ 1ST WEEK OF JULY-09, IT HAD A PROBLEM OF WATER LEAKING AND DRUM NOT SPINNING. AFTER SEVERAL REQUEST TO HAIER SERVICE CENTRE (COMPLAIN NUMBERS [protected] AND [protected]), ONE TECHNICIAN VISITED AND SAID SOME PARTS REQUIRED TO BE RENEWED AND HE WILL GET IT FIXED WITHIN 2 DAYS. I HAD ALWAYS BEEN COMMUNICATING THROUGH THE TOLL FREE NUMBER - [protected]. TILL TODAY EVEN AFTER SEVERAL REQUESTS NO ONE HAD VISITED OUR APARTMENT TO REPAIR THIS MACHINE.
