[Resolved]  Haier / Fully Automatic Washing Machine — Haier/Fully Automatic Washing Machine is not working and No response from the company service centre

I am from Kolkata. I have lodged a complain vide Complain No.[protected] on 3rd June 2008 in the morning but they have not responded to me still now . I have made reminder telephone today in the morning but no response from the Haier Service departmrnt.
Please look into the matter and take neserrary action so that I can get the service from the service centre of Haier.

Dear Sir,

I am residing in the Lake town area & have purchased Top Loading fully automatic Haier washing M/c Model no. XQB55-10H from harmony house -- park st. kolkata on 2nd April 2008 in the name of Mr. D.N. Trivedi(my brother), 2-3 days back its closing cap has been broken, I have called on your toll free number also & lodged the complain but they were having some software problem so unable to give me the complaint number.

Please send your nearest Service Centre techinician with the another cap and tell him to call me regarding rates & other required formalities to be done.

Kindly revert me and do the needful asap.

My washing machine is front loading full automatic. But in the washing time it is giving ERR 4 after certain time. Please lodge a complain and send a service man for that.
