I was a user of Rooh Afza for last 10-15 years regularly, but when my ordered the bottle in the monthly ration items, and when a glass of Rooh Afza is prepared using the same, the same given the taste of somewhat syntheticness in the taste. I had dialled the number of customer care i.e. on [protected], but either the phone got busy or the same was not lifted up by the company customer care centre. Now I am going to complaint on customer card email : [protected]@hamdard.com. Let us what response they gave me. While talking to the owner of departmental store, he told that company will do nothing and you will not get anything out of this complaint.
However, I have written my complaint online, so that people could know about the same that how much this company cares for their consumers.
