Delayed bus and misbehaviour
I booked a bus ticket from Indore to Pune for 3rd May 2012, scheduled to depart at 5:30 pm. The bus was to pass from Nashik Phata (near Pune) and my seat no. was 4 (single birth).
When I was about to leave for the bus stand around 4:45 pm I got a call from the travel agency stating that "the 5:30 pm has been cancelled, and I'll have to board the 7 pm bus".
When I asked them the reason they said "the bus broke" and I was intimated about the same only 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
I later came to know that instead of getting the single birth I opted for my birth had been changed (sharing) and the bus was to via some other route (not the one where I wanted to get down).
When I requested the travel agency people to give the seat I booked or at least go via the route which the bus was supposed to go, the person refused.
He not only misbehaved with me but with other passengers as well.
Now when I am paying 1500 bucks for an overnight bus journey, and even after booking the ticket on time I get such a service it's not acceptable.
The owner of the travel agency instead of accepting his fault was yelling at us. He even went to the extent of saying "Aapki galti hain jo aapne ticket book karae, aapko jana hain ya nahi?"

I do hav a copy of ticket with scratched seat nos. and I can produce the same if required
