HCL Career Development Centre — not giving job

they have call and take my interiew ,in nterview madam sameera has told that u have paid RS 26000/- for on job training, first 45 days we ill teach u inn hcl cdc in thane centre ,after we ill give job in hcl co. or his associate as on job training a 6 month , and after ojt we will give job in hcl co. a permnent job, but from 3 month they are not giving any an job trainig or not a single job , i have taken addmission on 25/05/2010, pls help me so i can get my money back or they provide me a job
