i purchased hcl desktop computer of hcl company on 13/3/ 2007..i also purchased two years extended warranty at the same time..so i must have warranty period upto 12/3/2010... but now they are not giving me service since jan 2009 saying that in their record my extended warranty was registered for one year only and expired in 2009. i have contacted their costumer service department many times..they told me to fax the warranty card and i did the same immediately...but no action has been taken till date in spite of various reminders to customer department over telephone...please guide me what to do next ?? I have brought HCL full desktop system in 2005 .
Till now no major problem arise. But today my Monitor is not response no power is available in monitor.
Also some time "Disk load error " is show when booting.
What i should do. Can you please provide me the procedure .
