[Resolved] Hcl Info System — Poor Service of HCL service center | |||
Respected Sir/Madam, I purchased HCL ME U1 Tablet on date 12/11/2012 from M/S Aasaan Retail PVT. LTD. I submitted my tablet for service at Mobile Point Service center Thane (HCL Authorized Service Center)on 02-March-2013 due to switch on problem. Service Order No. is [protected] (raised on as date 02-march-2013) Service person told me that we will resolve the problem with in 7 days .After observation they assured to change the mother board. but it took more than 2 months but till mother board not changed or problem was not resolved. As it is not delivered to me as on date i.e. 09/05/2013. If HCL Info System is unable to resolve the problem so please give me back my tablet price as RS 6990/-INR sir, every two days they were telling after two days mother board will come then we will give your Tablet. in this day i called service center and HCL Customer Care at near about 120 times,(Service Center and HCL customer care phone no. mention below) I humble request to you please consider my complaint and arrange my tablet or refund my money as early as possible Mobile Point Service Center No.[protected] HCL Customer care no.[protected] / [protected] Regards, Rajendra Gapat, [protected] email:[protected]@rediffmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||

HCL LAPTOP — bad service of at customer care
dear sir i brought laptop of your company then after 1 year some problem persists then i go to care center at patiala leela bhawan then the worker told me that he tell me on phone then you give me your laptop for repair but now no call for me Respected Sir,
We recieved two new systems on last 20th February 2010. They are istalled by your member on 23rd of same month. After the one week in that same systems one is not working due some problems.
We are all ready complained to Bangalore office of phone No.[protected]/624 and get complaint No. MYS 10030124 on[protected].
Till from that date we are awaiting for solution still we not get any reaction from your side. So Please send one staff for repair the same problem.

HCL — poor service
when i purchased hcl laptop .i saw that my laptop's speaker and web cam is damaged than they replaced it as uses my laptop after some time my laptop start on stucking and get hanged after some time and its very hard to work upon it i called them about my various problem hanging,late sartup but they didn't able to fix it they said that they will call me tommorow but i didn't get any call till now.they didn't care about the problem they jst fooling us..HCL — SERVICE CENTER COMPLAINT
Hi,I have submitted my complaint on 9-8-11 and went to customer service center on 11-8-11. Since then they are delaying the process by giving excuses of not receiving the part. Their numbers are always busy or unanswerable. The service center located at Green Park has got only one phone number for all the customers.If you contact the customer care they just tell us that we have email and someone will look over it.
They make false commitment and recommit everything. They are lackadaisical about the complaints. My complaint number is [protected].
My work is hindered considerably.Never expected such bad service from HCL. I have cooperated a lot with them and finally submitting my complaint as there is no one informing me about the part which needs to be replaced in my laptop..
HCL — Servicing
I registered my complaint for attending some trouble in the RAM of my system on 19 of Aug this year.Some engineers from HCL attended the complaint and took one of the RAM chips for changing. But they have not returned yet. The calls at the service centre are not being heared.
