HCL Infosystems (Www. Hclstore. In) — Laptop Delivery NOT done after one month by HCL | |||
Dear Sir, I have ordered HCL ME XITE L 1014 C (Upgrade to=DOS) on 07-May-2012 from www.hclstore.in and my order no is 54496. Also I have paid Total Amount of Rs. 23,399.00 by Axis Bank Credit Card verified by Visa. My bank a/c statement shows that balance is transferred to HCL Infosystems on 08-May-2012. But my laptop delivery is not yet done. I have sent several e-mails to HCL but they are not replying or giving satisfactory reasons for delay, instead they sent only Laptop Bag (NOT laptop) on my postal address. Worst Service
I have given My HCL V1 Tab for service on 15 th November till now i did not get my TAB .i ask HCl People, they ask 10-15 days to complete but there is no response after 15 days also
