I had purchased HCL Laptop model no:HCL AX2407 Amounting to rupees:-36058:00 Date of Purchase :12/06/08 Serial No:1084AX296136 Complain ID NO:L3cZ1070807 dated 21.7.2008 Complain to reselller: the problem was with the Display dated 16.7.2008 Complain Login date:21/07/08 Complain number:L3cZ1070807 I had purchased this laptop for my newely started business, I am in the business of Marketing and sales Traveling all across India for the business The problem reported to me was told by the Service call center that it would be finished and would be hanaded aver to me in 7 working days Today i.e 12.08.2008 i have been calling HCL and the respective authority but all in vain and are very bad in responses they allways give wrong commitments today also i was told that i would be given a standby laptop but it was nothing but flase promise please help i do not want to go back with this brand and want my full money back and business loss which i have incured regards D.P.Pawar [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

On 12.12.2008 an engineer came to see the Monitor and assured that somebody from the service centre will come on[protected] to replace the TFT Monitor.Till date nobody has turned up to attend the complaint.The Details of my complaint and PC are as follows:
