Hcl Laptop — not receiving of extra two years warranty and three years anti virus

Dear Sir,
I am Sangram kumar Jena, C/o. Basudev Das, At.- Hatasahi, Po- Mandari, Via- Bari, Dist.- Jajpur. I have purchased a Hcl laptop with sl. No-9101AE186105 on dt. 15.07.2011. The dealer told me there is free of extra two years warranty and three years free anti virus. According to him I sent all the documents by speed post and the postal has delivered the documents . But still date I have not got the free gift . So I request you to send me my free package.
