[Resolved]  HCL Laptop (Me) — DVD drive of the HCL LEAPTOP (HCL ME) serial number 9094AX103580 cannot recognize and type of CD and/or DVD

I already informed HCL about the problem with my Laptop's DVD player on Fri, Apr 23, 2010 at 12:48 AM
It is not working better to say not detecting any type of CD, DVD, Both Bootable and non bootable.
They have suggested me to cantact the following service numbers but I am again sorry to say that these telephons are not working.

Phone Number-[protected]- Msg send but no reply comes.
Phone Number[protected] not accessable.
Phone Number-[protected] - no one receive the phone cal.
service and Support- Not working, (HTTP Status 500)
Sir, I and my research group brought three HCL laptops and my experience with HCl is not good.
I have registered my Laptop with you and the details are agin furnished for your actions.
