the moment I purchased your HCL y2 tablet , there was problem with its starting and network working
the shopkeper has told me that as it is closing time the same problem he cannot fix immediately he has asked me to talk to your service center.

Immediately after purchasing a gadget of 15000/- I came to know it is not functioning properly. This query was raised by me to your service center on 9th September as I was out of station for these many days.
As my family is unable to reach your service station. The end outcome discussion with your technical manager was that HCL will replace the product.
simultaneously I was asked by your tech personnel to write a mail to you regarding replacement of my gadget.

Hence I request to look into the matter and replace my gadget immediately.
